I would hands down give this place a 5 star all day. However, I do NOT appreciate being treated as if I am stealing something as I browse the store.. There is absolutely no reason I should have an older gentleman named Tom following my every move. It is very unpleasant having someone watching me as I look around the store to see if there may be something else I could pick up for the house. Treat your customers equally. Simply because I am a young man does not constitute a suspicion of theft. I watched as countless older customers walked in and out during my visit. Never once did that guy (Tom) follow them. Completely ridiculous that I have to write a review such as this especially for a hardware store that I for one am glad has come to town. I find all the little things here that I cannot find anywhere else. Just stop following people around and suspecting...

Called at 7:35 about a furnace ignitor before making a 40 minute trip from Zanesville knowing they closed at 8:00.

The gentleman who I spoke with said he’d stay a few minutes over in order to give me time to arrive safely and fix my furnace for my family.

I expect to be hurried, simple transaction, and on my way. The guys took the time to check out my existing part in comparison to the one I was going to purchase, checked to see if they had any exact matches, and ultimately settled for the one I initially called about.

Two minutes after arriving home, the furnace is fixed. The kids and I will stay warm tonight! Thank...

The store is clean and well stocked. Seems to me there are way too many employees, as there were several just standing around having conversations.

I came in for paint. I stood at the counter for at least 3 to 4 minutes. When a young man decided to finally help me as the 2 men behind the counter were discussing what color "beige" another customer wanted. One of those men got really pissy with the young man that was helping me, asking him if he was "Done yet"? Very rude. Didn't acknowledge the fact I was standing there, at all beforehand.
