Dunkin' — Restaurant in Heath

Placed an order for some donuts with about 5-6 people behind the register. Last minute boyfriend decided he wanted a sandwich. While one employee was in the lobby pushing chairs around the floor making the loudest squeaky sounds possible, instead of picking up the items just a tad off the floor. After about 7-8 minutes of waiting at the same register looking at take home coffee bags the one employee in the lobby informs us that the hot sandwich has been sitting down at the end of the counter as the other hand full of employees just stood at the register. Every time I come to this Dunkin, which is multiple times a week, the staff stands around like they have no idea what is going on. Usually 5 people are standing around doing nothing while one person is working the drive thru or stocking pastries. My mobile orders (after I already arrived) or in store orders take over 10 min each time even when they are not busy because they just stand around chatting and not working. I even had an employee hand me my drink after I was waiting for a very long time and said that he had no idea why someone didn’t make my refresher (it wasn’t even his responsibility to make it) It’s sad because everyone is usually very nice but it just doesn’t seem like they care about their...

Super excited that DD made it to Heath! The staff is friendly and pleasant. I ordered a cold brew and the omelette bites (veggie & egg white). Cold brew was as expected based on what I’ve had at other locations. I hadn’t tried the omelette bites before. They are tasty and shaped like little donuts :)

The parking lot isn’t the best set-up if you go when they are busy. The drive thru line can easily block parked cars as the parking lot is small. I went at a time when I thought it wouldn’t be as busy and this helped. I made it through the drive...
