Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Heber

I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting to order when a manager finally looked over and asked if I had been helped, it seemed the young kid on the checkout was too busy talking to someone at the drive-through window. Then after waiting almost 15 minutes and people that had been served after me, recieving their food, I asked where mine was and was told by the same young kid "don't worry about it, it's coming". The manager again came across and looked at the order screen and told the young kid not to forget my order and amazingly it appeared in less than a minute. Food was good, manager was great at keeping an eye open but the young kid was obviously too precoccupied to care about anyone wanting any kind of service. I like Carls Jr but I'll make sure to go out of my way to avoid the one in Heber. Thankfully there's a Panda Express next door with far better service. so there I was, waiting at the drive thru when a faint dry robotic voice came from the box. My passenger and I ordered our food just to be stuck behind a red Jeep that continued to spray windshield wash on the bike wiper for about 5 minutes. Once done, we continued to the next window to reveal the face behind the dry robotic voice. Kevin. Dude seemed like he was having a bad day, fair enough Kevin, but that doesn’t change the fact that our food was mediocre at best with stale and soggy fries. I wouldn’t be as disappointed as I am if Kevin would’ve expressed more emotion and had a better attitude. We treated him like our brother, but damn Kevin it’s only 7:05pm. We waited for a half hour while every order behind and in front of us was served, not busy at all. They call every order except ours and leave the bag sitting on the counter. Finally after standing there, after making eye contact with the workers doing next to nothing job-wise for thirty minutes, they come up and ask "Are you waiting on an order?" like we we're standing there to take in the beautiful scenery of Carls Jr. Keep in mind this was an online order made maybe an hour prior(which it look like they didn't start making until we got in the restaurant) I give my name and they hand the bag they refused to call out. All this for incredibly mediocre food that hasn't held up to the Carl's Jr quality provided...
