Quench It! Soda — Restaurant in Heber

I was recently in Heber City for an extended weekend friends’ trip with a dozen other women. One thing we all have in common is that we all love our flavored sodas. On the first day of our retreat, a few of us discovered Quench It and planned to make a daily jaunt from our Airbnb to get our soda fixes. However, after our horrible experience on the first day, we vowed to never go back and we spread the word to the rest of our friends (Maverick got the rest of our business). We pulled into the parking lot at Quench It on the first day and paused for a minute trying to figure out where to order. After pausing for a minute, and noticing there was only one other car ahead of us, we pulled around to the menu/speaker board to place our order. While we were doing that, a car and truck pulled in right behind us and starting honking, yelling and waving their arms at us. Since we are not from Heber and had never patronized this Quench It, we were confused at the anger/fuss. Well, we soon found out, from a very angry and rude manager that also appeared out of nowhere, that we had committed an unpardonable sin…we “butt” in line, in front of the other two vehicles, and how could we be so stupid that we hadn’t noticed the big/clearly marked signs that were “all over the place” indicating that the line formed over by the fence. Well, we didn’t. We were horrified that the manager treated us so poorly for a simple mistake, and we didn’t see the signs because the other vehicles were apparently blocking them when we first pulled in, that we vowed to the manager that we’d never return, and we didn’t...

We usually love this place but today I had a horrible experience so much that me and my daughter are not going back here again. My daughter was wanting to try something different today unfortunately my phone was not loading the menu in the process of me going over the menu with her a woman came out and had a angry look on her face and literally screamed come to the window and waved in a aggressive manner! I was in shock that someone that worked there would talk to us like that! Then when I got to the window the other lady tried saying she didn’t say that when we heard very clear. It affected my order and I waited in the line just like everyone else. Then she didn’t even give me a chance to sign pulled the tablet away when I was trying to pay. It was very unprofessional. If they were worried about the time they could have sent someone out to help my daughter who is only 13 make a decision. Because of this treatment we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. They need to fix their location instead of taking it out on...

It is another drink shop. It is mentioned that the staff is friendly and helpful. However the location is awful and the planning on location of this drink shop is difficult. So for convince I would go somewhere else. Three stars for the staff and their adaptability. The location and trying to get into the drive through is horrendous 🚒😨. You can see my pictures that show it's location. It would be easier to get in driving north. If you are driving south you will enter the middle lane and then you will NEVER get in😂. Then if you have someone trying to go left across all three lanes of traffic then you might as well order your reservation for a retirement home😂. Or if you have someone in front ordering multiple snacks or treats then the line will wrap around and start lining the street blocking other businesses 🤦. So overall a good business but everything else puts a damper...
