Subway — Restaurant in Heber

I sent my sons inside Heber subway to get a large order, on some of the sandwiches they missed bacon and cheese. I returned with one of my sons for new sandwiches. Nathan said he came in to work towards the end of my order and was very apologetic and made me new sandwiches. He was very professional and understanding. Victor on the other hand was very upset throwing vegetables on the sandwich and had big attitude. On a side note, he also never uses the white paper when he wraps up the sandwiches. Please let Victor know that he should express his distain AFTER the customer leaves. Another lady was inside eating, who also had the bacon forgotten by Victor. Props to Nathan again for being extremely professional. I am giving 4 stars for Nathan's professionalism even though he was not the one who messed it up, however if it was only based on Victor 1 star would be given (major attitude). I can't give 5 stars since there was a mistake but Nathan was worth getting 4 stars. Thanks so much Nathan, take a chill...

Well, it's a Subway. There was a. Of time when they were constantly out of spinach which I prefer over lettuce but the staff is quick good at their jobs and it's a good fast-ish kind of food. It's just one of those places that you know if you go there you're going to get what you wanted because you stand and watch them make it unless you goes through the drive-thru which I don't do. I like to go inside and watch because I like to make sure that the cucumbers and tomatoes that are on my sandwich look good and overlap each other so I'm not getting three slices of tomato on a 6 inch sub so I recommend it but I recommend always going in watching your sandwich being made and they are not really limited on what you can put on as far as the stuff passed the meat and cheese. If you want extra meat and cheese that will cost extra and you have to expect that those are expensive items and if you get any extra anywhere it tends to...

Subway is one of those places I just don't think about what the guys I work with and myself grab lunch. I saw an add for this monster sandwich and wanted to try it. I went myself on Wednesday parked and went inside. The place was clean and staff were friendly. The kid took my order ans started my sandwich. When he got to the end where I add stuff I asked for Chipotle sauce and salt a pepper. I took the sandwich back to the office. First bite was really good, second bit I hit the salt. Sooooo much salt. I tried another bite cause I was hungry and hoped it was just this spot. Nope tons of salt. I opened the sandwich. And could see the salt. I did n t have time to go back and had a busy afternoon. I ate my three cookies and drank my drink after throwing the sandwich away. I would love to try the sandwich again but I think I'll try...
