Wow, just look at the reviews for this place. RUDE, disrespectful employees are mentioned everywhere and yet management chooses to keep them working there! We went to Panda about 2 months ago and one of the younger girls was incredibly rude, she gave us an eye roll and had the worst attitude! Then the older lady that works there came along and she also rolled her eyes at us and acted extremely annoyed for asking for something simple! We were not very happy with how we were treated but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to last night… the older lady was helping us again. We wanted to order walnut shrimp but there was only about 5-6 pieces left in the pan and absolutely no walnuts. It also looked old and soggy. We politely asked when fresh shrimp would be cooked and they the older lady said “8 minutes”. I told her that I would be okay with waiting to get fresh shrimp. She looked annoyed and rolled her eyes! They dished up the rest of our entrees and I went down the line. As I was checking out, the lady brings over a container with the shrimp I ordered and I thanked her. I had a weird feeling so I walked over to see if there was fresh shrimp out and there was. The older female employee assured me I got the fresh shrimp. As I went to my seat and opened my shrimp, you could clearly tell it was the old soggy shrimp with zero walnuts! I went up and showed the young girl working behind the counter my shrimp and she said “oh I’m sorry, I will get you fresh shrimp”. The older women just stood there behind her and stared at me! She knew exactly what she did! She deliberately gave us the old soggy shrimp when I had politely asked for fresh shrimp. I took both the old shrimp and new back to my table. Everyone was shocked. Just to be sure we taste tested and looked carefully at each box. Sure enough, she gave us the old shrimp on purpose!! I will be calling the manager and corporate about this location. They seriously need to look at hiring new employees. Their attitudes and disrespect are out of control! Please avoid going to...

Not prone to posting comments. I just feel that some serious changes need to occur with this business. Customer service is severely lacking. I usually like Panda Express and eat at different locations often. It is a difficult business due to the way their food is prepared and presented. This location employs a very young staff and they do not understand the business model. We waited for a very long time for our food, because they had ran out of pretty much all of their selections. I am patient and was okay with the wait. When our food was ready it was burned to the point of resembling jerky. All of this was disappointing since we have always enjoyed good food at other locations. I hope they can get better management that understands good...

We’ve stopped by this location to eat probably 20 times. For the most part things have been totally fine with no issues, but the last stop I got Beijing beef like I always do and it was like two pieces of beef and mainly onions and chopped peppers. We don’t typically go through the drive thru because it does take a bit of time, we always stop in to eat. The location seems clean and employees kind of keep to themselves. We haven’t really had any issues other than feeling like some portions are smaller or have next to no meat anymore. Not sure if that was a corporate change or if it was just the bottom of a batch or something. We are big panda fans. If you haven’t been before, the orange chicken and Beijing beef are...

love this place it is literally heaven for every single tastebuds in my body, including the ones that aren't in my mouth. The only disappointment is that none of the panda expresses I've been to have a panda petting zoo, or even just a panda in general, I voiced this opinion to one of the workers one time and they said they did and then pointed to the panda on there logo. That worker must not understand that the joys of panda cuteness can not be expressed in any 2D way, we need to have panda interaction, it is a necessity to the human survival, more necessary than the food itself.

I went through the drive through at 6:20pm Jan 20th and not only was the young Hispanic guy at the drive through rude and had a really bad attitude problem but then I get home only to realize he put literally 5 pieces of kung pao. This happens to be a very frequent problem every single time I go through drive through do better or lower the prices if you’re only giving half portions. Also the faces at front matter put friendly people at front and the rude ones in the back if they don’t feel like working. We’re paying for the food it’s not free.
