If I could give negative stars I would, placed 2 orders in 2 days spending almost $100 in total! On both occasions these orders were placed to go, one thru door dash and one we picked up ourselves! The first night several items were either missing or wrong, I figured no big deal everyone had a off night! The next day we decided to order again but this time we would pick it up. Upon getting home not only was there items missing again, but the food was trash, I have seen better food served in prisons! I was furious that I had spent that much money in 2 days and was not happy at all. So I decided to call in and speak with someone, Jacob was the mngr on duty who took my complaints and reassured us he would make things right by emailing us some gift cards and that he would follow up with me the following day to make sure I received them. Well the next day came and not only did the gift cards not come via email, but Jacobs call didn’t either! The next few days I had to be the one to reach out to Jacob several times with no avail, and everyone I called I was greeted with an attitude by whoever answers there phone!! So not only was the services, food and experience horrible but the management skills and customer service were even worse! I will not be going back there again and will tell everyone of this experience with this location! They had several chances to make things right and just...

The waitress was very rude. She never checked on us, she didn't give us napkins, she left a dirty glass on the table. Her tone of voice was snarky almost like she didn't want to be there, her posture was that of someone who didn't care. She never gave us her name. She would pass by us multiple times, sometimes even looking us in the eyes, yet not once did she stop to pick up the glass, ask if we needed anything, or see how everything was. One part of our meal never showed up, some food wasn't cooked, and what food we did eat was mediocre at best. We never got napkins, she passed us 4 times before our drinks were refilled even though she looked at us more than once on those trips. She proceeded to walk past us five or six more times without asking how everything was. We eventually had another waitress get us a to go box. It was as we were paying the check that she realized we never got part of our meal, she then proceeded to say that she would go get it. We in turn told her to not bother it wasn't worth even taking it to go. She then went to her manager who gave us a five dollar off coupon for us not receiving a salad but not even he bothered to ask how the rest of the service had been. Terrible service! We came here for father's day, they were incredibly slow, maybe 4 tables being occupied in the whole joint, I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwhich, about an hour later, when our food came out they brought the wrong sandwhich, when I asked for the correct one I got a confused look from our waiter who then said we don't have that, knowing they do, I asked him to double check, upon coming back out he said oops just pushed the wrong button, I had it written down right! �. When it came time to pay our ziosk pay machine suddenly turned off, he didn't bring a check but instead just said cash, check or card? We asked for a receipt which instead he brought out a total on a piece of receipt paper, no itemization, my husband handed him our card, then we got to thinking it was awfully high, so we asked someone else for an itemized copy, upon receiving it we saw he charged for the mistake sandwich and the correction sandwich. Went to get it corrected, they said it was fixed so we left, checked our bank statement and instead of taking off the extra $10 for the sandwhich they added another $10! $20 higher than it should've been.
