I usually don't leave low reviews. This is my first time using this location. As a business owner, customer service is the number one priority for me. There was a gal running the register with red hair. She was rude to every customer. Multiple times she was vocal about her frustrations at work. She was very annoyed and short with everyone. As a customer this was concerning, but as an employee it would be concerning as well. Working in an environment with someone like that would make for a long day. The other two employees were amazing. Very polite with awesome customer service. I know businesses are short staffed and can be over worked and I keep that in mind when visiting an establishment. I just spent $7 on a bowl of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese, that was suppose to equal a Caesar salad. I asked for the croutons, and was told it doesn’t come with any and there isn’t any in the store. My phone was dead, so I couldn’t pull up the website to verify, as I swear I remember seeing them in the picture.

The 1st picture and 2nd picture from the website show that there is croutons suppose to be included. The 3rd picture is what I brought home, as I already paid and don’t like to argue a point when I’m not 100% sure on a subject. Had I known this is what I would receive, I would have just gone across the street to Winco.

Whether it’s a staff error or advertising error, it should be fixed so people don’t have false expectations. Even the dang sticker...

I ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread. My husband picked up the order on the way home (we had been taking turns sitting with a family member in hospice). Both pizzas were wrong and they didn't give us our cheesy bread. We live a bit out of town. So I called right away. The "new night manager" said he would like to make it right. If I came back later in the week he'd replace the order.for free. Well, family member passed awayand I finally made it back in tonight. The "new night manager" was very rude.
