Vigilante Pizza — Restaurant in Helena

I've used the East Helena Location more than I'd like to admit since moving here. It USED TO BE great. But the last 2 times I have ordered I have had MISSING key TOPPINGS from my pizzas and flatbreads. The first time I called and it was a weekday afternoon and advised what happened (I say this to put it in perspective that they were NOT busy). They put me on hold forever then returned and asked what I wanted them to do about it, I said I would take a credit for the next time I order or they could deliver my order again, made correctly, and I would give them back the order that wasn't made correctly. They put me on hold again and then told me they would deliver the missing toppings. That's right, I got MY MISSING PIZZA TOPPINGS DELIVERED TO ME COLD, as innot baked into my pizza. I'm talking like chicken and spinach and oven roasted tomatoes!!! Mind you this was an order costing almost $50. For some reason I just ordered again today and THE SAME THING HAPPENED!! I AM MISSING CHICKEN, BASIL, SPINACH, OVEN ROASTED TOMATOES AND PICKLES AND BACON FROM MY VARIOUS PIZZAS! I will never ever ever...

It’s inside the Lewis and Clark brewery just a few feet down the hallway from the busy taproom. They are really friendly and the pizza is on flatbread . It has crispy, thin, tasty crust. They serve the best pizza that my wife and I have eaten in a long time. I ordered on line and picked it up about 15 minutes later. The toppings that I ordered were repeated back to me and they were listed on the receipt. This will be our go to pizza place from now on! I could keep going but I don’t want to let this secret out 😉 Updated 2/7/23. This time we had a 14 inch pie. Every bit as good as the flatbread. Crust was perfect. The crust on the pie has a slightly different texture but just as tasty. The pie is too much food for two people but we have a couple of more meals we can heat up later. We split the toppings. Both sides were great. It is very reasonably priced. Especially given the fresh ingredients. It cost us about $ 25 for 2 people to have what will probably be 2 or 3 meals each. Btw. I've now ordered from this place a few times. I'm giving it a 1 star overall, as they've managed to mess things up more than not. I've been told my order didn't go through the first time so had to wait for it to be started, told it was ready and shown up and it wasn't even started, now part of my order was missing and they are lying about refunding my money. I called and explained the situation, was told by a teenager they would process a refund. The refund never came through so after a second call, the person said I would have to come in IN PERSON to get cash because they couldn't process a refund after close of business. How do y'all stay in business with the absolute worst service? DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a problem with your order. I only had one successful order with this business. This was ALL in the East...
