I sure ate a lot of bread while in Montana, but it’s because places like Great Harvest Bread were just too good to pass up!
There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place. I mean it, but I also mean it as a compliment. Fancy isn’t always better and Great Harvest is proof of that.
Though it’s nothing flashy, the restaurant really makes you feel at home when you walk in. It gives off a nice cozy feeling where you want to settle in with a cup of soup and hot coffee. So, I did exactly that!
I also got a sandwich, and everything hit the spot. Of course, nothing over the top, but very good, to where I’d definitely visit again or be a regular if I lived in the area. I actually had an older woman walk up to my friend and I and jokingly tell us we “took her spot” that her party usually sits at once a week to eat. Today, however, experiencing/witnessing one of the employees at the farmer's market that was in representation of great harvest. Have a horrible attitude towards customers and employees of the market. She felt she was above all, others and not needing to follow the rules for vendors at the market.
