This place was horrible!!!! My husband and I decide to have burgers one late evening. As we pulled up to the intercom we got bomb-barded with specials. My husband told the guy no thanks and to give us just a minute to decide. Rather than hearing some one say, "Sure, no problem. Please take your time. " It was silent for about 20 seconds. So my husband said, "hello." then a lady with a mexican accent spoke and said, "Oh! that was a recorded message," in a condescending tone. That just ruined it for us. My husband said, "Forget it! we'll take our business to IN AND OUT. We pulled out of the drive way and as we drove by the window the lady had half of her body sticking out of the window with a big insulting smile and waving at us. Really BAD customer service. She actually had the nerve to taunt customers, really? My husband was so angry with such un-professionalism he pulled up to the front for me to take her name so we could file a complaint. The door was locked and she's behind the counter. I said i need the manager and she answered, "I am the manager." I said, "good, what's your name?" She answered, "MARIA." Then proceeded to tell me that she was going to call the police. If it wasn't late we would have stayed and dealt with the coppers too. Thanks to IN AND OUT for making our night better. Read moreExperience was awful, came in here at 7pm for dinner with my mom and decided to dine in and a young man with glasses and face mask was mopping the floor in the dining room area , he said we could not sit there because he was mopping and that it was blocked off. There was only two seats to choose from outside of that area and the sun was beaming on the seats . He told us we had to wait after we received our food to sit in that area as he proceeded to mop . It was very unprofessional as the workload was occurring over the customer service priority . His reasoning was poor on why we couldn’t sit there and proceeded to tell us “ it’s not a big deal and not the end of the world. “ very unprofessional as customers are the reasons they have employment . The shift lead came out to hear us out and was not being cooperative with us and finding a resolution to our seating . It was very disappointing as there was not a single customer in the dining room area and it seems like the employees priorities were not the customers one bit. I feel like I am eating green vegetarian dinosaur leaves as opposed to crunching on fresh iceberg lettuce. I TASTE MORE BREAD than ANYTHING else when I eat at ANY Carl's today! The service was amazing today, BUT CARL'S JR SUCKS TODAY! MAKE UR BURGERS TASTE LIKE THEY DID IN 2008! U used to make them great, so don't ask us how we can tell U how to make those burgers better when YOU already USED TO make great burgers!
