Horrible experience with the staff and manager. Was simply ordering and I asked a question and the nice young lady that was taking our order was cut off and i was then being yelled at through the speaker by the "manager". I then pull up to the window and ask to speak to a manager. The 3 employees hesitate and after I ask the second time he finally comes from the back with a ton of attitude and immediately starts saying his mic is broken and that's why it sounded like he was yelling before I even addressed the issue. He then cut me off and said he is apologizing what else do I want. I asked for his name he then gave me three different names, first one was jay, then Jay Jay, then jaylene. I found that very weird. As a manager why would you not give your name if you weren't in the wrong. I was then was asked by another employee to pull around front while he stood behind her and glared like he was waiting for a negative response from me. We then pulled around front and waited. An employee came out with our food and so did the "manager". The employee politely gave us our food as the "manager" stood in the door giving us a parade wave. Which was very strange. I live down the street and eat here regularly and I have never had an experience like this in the 3 years eating here. Read moreCame here to pick up a late dinner for me and my family, ordered the crowd pleaser #7 and total of 5 large drinks and an additional dog and burger spent a whopping $80 dollars here , so I would expect my order to be as I ordered and complete, so I drive home and begin to hand out the food to my family and realize that I am missing some items , after spending that much I was a little upset ... so I call the store back and advise them of they're mistake and immediately I am being responded back with attitude and being told that I am lying , questioning me as I have to answer to the employee on the phone then they hang up on me , so I call back and another employee responds and I explain to this employee about my missing items they tell me to tell my family to stop easing the food and bring it back so she can evaluate if I was missing any items when I specifically explained to the employee what exactly is missing from my order , I then was told I have to talk to the manager so I ask to be put in contact with management and I am told and I quote "well I don't have they're number" end quote ...so I ask for employees name and they hang up on me , I am going to be in contact with management for a full refund this kind of treatment to customers is disgusting and disgraceful, I hope to be in contact with management or owner by...
Read moreAt 8pm on Thursday Dec. 17, 2020 the young girl working the drivethru window was the rudest person I have ever come across. I was politely verifying that everything ordered was in the bag and she was totally rude. Unfortunately, she did not have a clue about what she was doing. She didn't have a clue about the order, contents of the order or the pre-payment of the order. When I tactfully inquired if everything was included in the order as originally ordered as she didn't appear to know what she was doing due to everything in the order being wrong, she left a parting shot at me a regular customer that I had a bad attitude. I have been a steady and loyal customer well before she was even working there. It's a shame that the management allows workers to insult good loyal customers by calling them names just because the worker was the one with the bad attitude. If you don't want to be called bad names by the staff who are obviously having a problem with their jobs, stay away from this store or you might get the same bad attitude thrown at you by their staff working the night time...
