Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hemet

I'm a United States Veteran who just left this location after my very first dine in experience. I found the entire experience comfortable until I approached the Female Manager, who happened to appear of Hispanic Ethnicity, & said to her...I've eat'n much of my meal & I didn't notice any cheese, which I played for, on my sandwich...? At which time she(Manager)grabbed my food box, opened, & separated the bun exposing the inside of my #10 Spicy Chicken Sandwich where she, all of this time mind you with bare hands(no food handler gloves), then yelled at me in front of a number of other Customers...It's there in the middle...It comes with white cheese...It's Swiss...proceeding to toss it as if into the trash at which point I asked, excuse me..., What's your' name...? Then, I asked (utilizing her name), Can you make me another or comp. me for the portion of my meal I didn't get to finish now because you didn't use gloves...? Then, she blew up...that little bit of sandwich(which happened to be a quarter of the actual size)!!! I'm not gonna give you anything for it!!! I then asked, are you serious? To which she replied..., I'm serious, I'm serious!!!!!!! I then attempted to remind her, as a United States Veteran, I didn't even ask to have any Military or other discounts applied, I used my bank card, & that initially, I was only seeking to make her aware they may not have looked at the order correctly...? I never expected to be demeaned, dismissed, & belittled for being a first time to this location Customer who was merely unaware white cheese, instead of yellow/American cheese, is added to the #10 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. I gather from this experience, "Buyer Beware" (it seems)need be posted outside all Order Points at this location for, I'm no longer comfortable believing "Jack In The Box Corp." even cares about it's Customer Base receiving anything remotely resembling actual "Customer Service" as long as continue to receive our' dollars & cents!!!!!!! Grossly...

Went there in the evening and the most rude staff and manager I have ever encountered in my life. Food was not made properly and they were laughing and joking and playing around and another employee came in who was off duty and he and the manager were using foul language, my mother ordered a egg roll with her meal and it was burnt almost the color of black coffee and I took it back and waited for 10 min before any one asked what I needed. Then my friend he was with us he has cancer and has a hard time walking and he got a refill and the soda overflowed and they ignored him when he tried to tell someone there was soda on the floor plus we caught two employees on break making fun of the way he walked they didn't realize both he and I could understand them. I asked for only American cheese on my burger no Swiss and no mustard only Mayo on it and it was not right and by this time I was done and just wanted to leave but my friend told me at least say something. I told the manager and he immediately said I can't refund because 1/2 the burger is gone I didn't want a refund just wanted him to be aware it was wrong as they didn't know if I was allergic to what I didn't want on it. He said tell me what you want then rude rude rude and I replied can I at least have a small fry sense mine went cold waiting for the egg roll. I got the fry but I will never go to that Jack in The box again. I called the morning manager and nothing was done. I used to think this was the best Jack in the box around but just the service alone I will not be going back ever. We left that restaurant​ angry, embarrassed, and wondering what happen to good old fashion...

I went and asked for a jumbo jack combo and told them I want no mustard and I also ordered 4 tacos no cheese and onion rings and a teriyaki bowl and 8 chicken nuggets . So I pull up to the window I pay they give me my drink and say can you park we are waiting on the onion rings so okay I go park and it’s has been 25 mins since I paid and nothing they still didn’t come out with my food . So I go inside and ask hey what’s wrong I’ve been out there for 25 mins she said we are waiting on the onion rings they give me the food as soon as the onion rings are done I check the bag to make sure everything is in there and nope there was no tacos so I tell her where are my tacos she looks up to where they put the food and she said oh here they are okay so she gives them to me I check them they have cheese and I tell her and she asked them to put in 4 tacos no cheese so again I’m waiting on those finally I left with everything I get home I’m 6 mins away from where I live so it’s close . I get home the fries are cold cold . My onion rings are burnt and my jumbo jack is loaded loaded with mustard when I clearly told them no mustard . And my baby’s chicken nuggets where so old they were not even warm and they looked old .. worst experience of my life honestly and they made me late to...
