Band for life because this woman seen I was trying on shirts I had place my jacket on an end cap. She picked it up and placed it somewhere. About 5 mins until closing I noticed it was gone and frantically ran around looking for it. It was my favorite little Grey half sweated. Very thin and light weight with long sleeves and a hoody. She kept telling my the store was closing and I do not h e time to look for it. I stood my ground and would not leave. But never got angry or even rose my voice. And remained polite. The lady then call security. Security came and when her walked in She was telling him to call the police. Security guard calmed her and let me look for 10 more mins. As she got madder and madder. I did not find my sweater. The lady then told me I was banned for life. I think she stashed in the back room. Because when I asked to look there she refused. When I was leaving the security guard said she would not be working in the morning to be there right at 9am. When I arrived at 9am. To look again the lady was standing right there saying I can not come in in banned. So I went back to my car. As I sat there a man came out to talk to me. He said that I was banned because the people I was with were steeling. Witch was a lie. Because one of the girls had thereom with them and she paid 6evrrything the girls got. The price tags have different colors so be sure to ask at the register which color of tag is half off that day - then get your shop on! I think Tuesday is senior discount day and they have a military discount, also, but I do not know what day of the week it is honored. Also ask if any of the colored price tags are being discounted to $1.99,which they do from time to time - and that means if the $1.99 tag color is, say, green on the day you are there - a lamp with a green price tag for $12.99 rings up at the register as $1.99!!! Fun stuff! The very best thing about donating to and shopping at Goodwill is that you are supporting Goodwill Industries mission of providing training and gainful employment for under - represented persons within the community. Goodwill changes and SAVES LIVES - and every dollar you spend shopping for toys, shoes, books, pj's, scrubs, kitchenware, etc., allows Goodwill Industries the means to sustain their life-changing programs and training. I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to your store. Upon entering the store with my 11-month-old infant, I attempted to place her in the only available shopping cart. However, I was informed by a staff member that I could not use the cart due to a previous incident at another store where a baby fell from a similar cart and GoodWill was sued as a result.

As an alternative, I proceeded to Stater Brothers, where I obtained one of their carts equipped with a "proper safety seat" and returned to your store. Unfortunately, upon re-entering your store, I was informed that I could not bring the external cart inside.
