Tea Be Honest — Restaurant in Hemet

I’m glad to have a good boba place in our area. The boba is great when it’s made right. The manager is amazing, really nice. He makes the drinks to perfection! However the employees, a few of them, I don’t like how they treated me when I pay extra for my drink the way I like it and it was nasty and watery. I called and took it back in to be replaced and the girl in there acted like I committed a crime because I wanted what I paid for. SMH that’s my only gripe with this place. I will be going to talk to the manager within the next few days a about it. She didn’t seem too concerned when she talked to me with such attitude and I asked about the manager. This is why this place isn’t getting 5 stars from me because of the attitude I was met with. As if I have to lie about...

It's nice to finally get a great bobba place in Hemet . As someone who has lived in LA this place hits it out of the ballpark . The boba is fresh and they make everything in house . None of that powder stuff . The prices are also very reasonable, especially the fruit teas which are better than Starbucks.

The staff was friendly and even helped some new people choose their flavors and topping who where new to Boba .

Only reason my fiance and I come back is because the boba is truly SO good but the customer service sucks. I wouldn’t say all the girls but one little girl with a bunch of make up in particular is always acting snobby.
