04/2025 update: they said they were open to 11:00 p.m.. I place an order at 9:30 p.m.. I had two Uber doordashers supposably on they're waiting to pick up my order but the third called me to say that they closed at 11pn. They have the time to make my pizza they just didn't want to. They know my name and hate me and they refused to make my order. ... Maybe they should update their hours but I place my order at 9: 30. And they delayed it and then they failed to make it saying they were already closed. I don't know if I'll ever order from them again given the pizza wasn't the great that's to start with.
UPDATE: I decided to try it again and this time there were no issues of not having any salami or other toppings. The pizza was fantastic! Sadly they refuse to make me another order!
Okay I tried to place an order online which turns out to be Uber eats. They said that they couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't have salami for pizza even though it's a listed ingredient that you can order. They said they only had salami for sandwiches. How idiotic is that? If you have salami for sandwiches you have salami for pizza you just use it and you put it on the pizza instead of in a sandwich! The owner is too stupid to understand that concept! I used to like Marco's Pizza before it got shut down. I feel sorry for the people who have to work there now .. and I just tried to talk to the owner but he wouldn't listen to me. You wouldn't let me speak. He kept talking over me! And then he hung up on me because I was wasting his time. Me a customer I was wasting his time because I was trying to talk to him and get him to understand that you can take the salami that's allocated for sandwich and put it on a pizza because a piece of makes more money than a sandwich! And he hung up on me! Worst...
Read moreSo my family and I decided to give Marcos a try since they just reopened. I order two speciality lrg pizzas and one lrg pepperoni. I placed my order online and put a custom for no onions on their supreme. When I went to pick up my order…surprise there was onions on my pizza. Good thing I checked in the car. They also forgot to put Italian sausage on my pizza. I walked back in and asked to speak with a manager. A man with black glasses and a beard walked up and asked what I needed. I told him the issue and he said. “Well, we are busy so if you want it remade you will need to wait 20-25 minutes”. I said “ No, you will ramake my pizza and also keep my other two warm while I wait and I would like something for the inconvenience”. Then he informed me he will remake my pizza for free and will keep the other 2 warm while I wait. I said no problem. When my pizzas were ready I went back the manager and asked how I will receive my refund for the pizza and he said you will not get a refund I remade the pizza for free. And I said so you’re telling me you would have charged me for a pizza that you messed up on. I only waited because he said he would comp the pizza they messed up on but apparently they charge to remake a pizza they messed up on even though they took back they pizza I asked be remade! The owner stepped in because the manager sounded like an idiot and has no customer service skills. She gave me a card for a free pizza on my next visit but I won’t be returning. That manager should have never been a manager if he isn’t trained in hospitality and customer service....
Read moreOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I do not generally write reviews but given the circumstance, I absolutely had to do it. My wife placed a GrubHub order for Marco's Pizza. We saw that the driver was getting ready to pick up the order but then her cell phone rang and it was Marco's Pizza. The reason they called was because the GrubHub driver did not want to wait two minutes to allow the pizza to come out of the oven. This is normally when people would get frustrated because dinner was going to take longer than expected but Marco's had it under control. The owner of the restaurant personally delivered the pizza to our address so we wouldn't have to wait longer. Before this even became a problem, the restaurant was already handling it. To us as the customer, we would have never known there was an issue because of the quick solution the restaurant came up with. As promised, AJ, the restaurant owner delivered the pizza to our home. He was so apologetic for the problem even though he did not cause the problem. This kind of customer service is so rare now and because of this, Marco's will now be my first choice when it comes to pizza. Marco's Pizza staff and AJ, I want to say thank you so much for doing...
