Update 1/27/25 Purchased another mattress, I’m sleeping on a cloud and am VERY happy to have found a QUALITY mattress! The mattress I purchased is made by Spinal Care and it is called Cool Feel, with a dark cover, it just came out in 2025. You will love it if you like a firm mattress, it’s perfect for my hurting back and I amazingly no longer have back pain at night! Thank you Ryan, Brandon and the awesome delivery guys Luke and Ray! Prior to purchasing a mattress, I sent my friends and they ended buying a mattress and are very happy. My turn, I went on January 10, 2025, was extremely happy with the impeccable kind service from Brandon, who was extremely helpful and never once pushed me to buy anything. I received my mattress few days later, though I could have received it the same day! The delivery guys Luke and Ray were incredible and they also helped me with my adjustable base. The owner Ryan is the best and I can see why they have been in business for over 30 years! These guys make the best team. I will happily continue to refer shoppers here. Brandon is a great person, extremely accommodating, flexible, patient and knowledgeable. I have purchased mattresses from The Mattress Stop since 2004 and have always been treated with the outmost respect and care. I had an issue with a mattress and they were able to credit the amount of the mattress and allowed me to get a different one. Only had to pay the difference from the old to the new mattress. Be mindful that there is no return or exchange policy and this was not disclosed to me when I was buying the Simmons Westlake firm mattress from them. The mattress was so uncomfortable (backache, sleep deprivation) that I asked for refund (out of the question) or exchange. They did me a big favor and decided to exchange but it costed me dearly. I ended up with expensive mediocre mattress. There was also lots of lying and manipulating from salesmen. I will never buy again from them! Costco has less expensive and better quality mattresses.
