Just stopped bye your Hemet restaurant and was ajast at how you have configured your drive-thru line in your remodeling so that no less than 5 - 7 cars in line were stacked up in the street on Florida Avenue waiting to get served their order. Here in Hemet, Florida Avenue is the busiest street in the city. It is also State Highway 74 for people passing thru Hemet causing massive traffic day and night. Where your restaurant is located is surrounded on all sides by shopping centers, restaurants and stores. The traffic is so bad the city just completed concrete road dividers in the middle of the street to keep the East and West traffic safely separated and keep all the serious accidents down. You know that your restaurant will cause serious traffic congestion with all of your customers coming for their In-n-Out fix and yet you put 5 - 7 cars and their occupants at serious risk of being hurt in a major car accident by Florida Avenue drivers who drive really fast and often do not pay as much attention to road conditions as they should. Your poor design of your drive-thru will cause a lot of accidents where people stacked up in their cars on Florida Avenue waiting to get their food will be hurt by other drivers using the street. Better considerate planning would have had you keep your drive-thru traffic fully within the shopping center for the safety of your customers if you cared enough about their safety. You did in your San Bernardino restaurant where the drive-thru traffic wound thru the parking lot annoying other shoppers but keeping everybody all reasonably safe from disastrous dangerous accidents. You should be ashamed of your lack of concern for your customers safety here in Hemet. Hopefully you will be cited by the City for unsafe design endangering your customers. You can forget seeing any dollars for me, my family or friends due to your lack of concern for your...
Read moreso after finding a screw in my food on June 19th got a call from in and out i dont know how long after and got told I would hear from someone within a couple weeks. Ididnt hear from anyone and I finally called today and got the run around and basically brushed off. Oh but I can go in the location and ask them what the outcome was... Totally taints my view on in and out and haven't been to one since June 19th.
If you ever asked anyone where my favorite place to eat was they would tell you in-n-out. However, I was there on June 19th with my family we were sitting outside enjoying our food when I bit into my protein style burger and felt something hard hit my tooth.. I reached in my mouth to find a small short screw. I spit my food out and went inside to let someone know. The young man at the counter took the screw to show his manager.. he later came outside and offered me a gift card and asked me if I would like to speak to the manager. I don't think I should have to asked to speak with a manager I think they should automatically come out. Anyways a manager did finally come out and speak with me. He took my name and phone number so he could follow up. I'm so incredibly disappointed that I have yet to hear anything from anyone at in-n-out. But I guess they're just going to sweep it under the rug. Honestly makes me not want to go back to that location, if that screw had been in a regular hamburger someone could have broken a tooth. I sure hope they found what it came...

Ambiance: The outside area is in desperate need of an hourly Water or lysol wipe down of the tables and ground as there are just SOO many flys it's really hard to eat. I even sprayed my table with hand sanitizer to try to clean my own tables but alas the FLY's won. MANAGER, please schedule hourly liquid based wipe down of the tables outside not just broom and pickup, or maybe some mist system or plant based (basil, rosemary, lemongrass) in order to lesson the flying insect problem
