McDonald's — Restaurant in Hemlock Township

As a former McDonald's manager I can say this has some of the worst employees. They all make it apparent that they hate working here. This includes every manager and flows down to employee's.

When they mess up an order and you ask them to fix it they never apologise or act sympathetic. I have even called and spoke to managers over the years and they act as you are bugging then when they forget to give you an item.

The only reason we go here is because its convenient. Only energy here is negative. The occasional nice new worker shows up but...

I have not eaten a McDonald's Crispy Chicken Sandwich for about 2 years. I was craving for the Crispy Chicken sandwich the past 2 weeks. I finally walked into the restaurant in a hurry since I was short on time. I didn't have time to check my bag. When I parked close to my destination, which was about 5 minutes ahead, the sandwich was severally overcooked, dark, and oily. On Monday evening April 5th I went into McDonald’s and gave the young man a heads up that I had a big order, I was buying for 3 families. I said I’m not in a hurry so don’t panic. My order totaled 100$ and they all looked panicked again I said I’m not in a hurry. I think the were relieved.
