Burger King — Restaurant in Hemlock Township

Went through drive thru today with family. Ordered our food on-line upon receiving food noticed fries where cold. Gave them back and did receive hot fries. Pulled over to eat and noticed all the food was cold and order was missing onion rings. Went back to the window and heard girl at window yell “THEIR BACK” not sure what that meant never been to that Burger King before but asked her to see a manager. So manager comes to window I explain to him that the food was cold and onion rings was missing. He stated you never ordered onion rings. Showed him the receipt and he said oh yea you did with an attitude. Gave him the cold food back and asked him for his name and corporate number. He said John and slammed the window. Never got the rest of my food. Did call corporate and filed a complaint. Never had a problem with any burger kings in the past. Worst experience ever. Cold food and attitude. Wish I could have given this Burger King located 191 Columbia Mall drive in Bloomsburg, PA. Manager John needs to be retrained on...

I will only guess under staffed. ... pull up to window.. nope, seems like adequate staff. Food was BK but not great. chicken sandwich sloppy and really wasn't hot. burger had alot of pickles. must have been close?!? took alot longer for food than really should. not busy. 1 car behind clear view to the mall in front. enjoyed the birds that collect fries. watched guys level field for another shop to be built to fail at dead location. If I hadn't been on a script run, I would have bought down on rt. 11. it was more than disappointing, now three times for me to ever spend tap time writing to fellow id.e.uts aboot fast food and sliced bread. and damn gurl let up on that shaker! i bought...

It was a cold March night when ... I was leaving work famished, emaciated.. on the brink of losing consciousness bc the only thing I had to eat was a banana 9 hours ago.... I pull up.. order my food .. and when that crisp freaking bag met my hands I knew it was gonna be good. I went home. Kissed my wife hello. Hugged my children. And absolutely annihilated my chicken sandwich and fries. Those fries were so crisp.. So warm.. I felt that not even the tears of an angel could heal my soul the same way these fries did. The chicken sandwich was swag too ngl. But I just know. I just KNOW that the employees working overtime at this burger King. Put their whole freaking soul into my meal. God...
