Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Hemlock Township

Where to start. It's sad because they just came to the area but seem to be immediately failing. So go in to order food about 6 employees standing around while one is working the line. After about 5 min another employee comes over to help, get food go to find a table most are empty but look like they haven't been clean since the place opened about a month ago (with employees still standing around doing nothing) decided to get some what I was told fresh chips with my order and what do you know I think the chips where also made when the placed first open very stale not fresh. Go to throw food away and trash cans are overflowing to the floor. Was having a problem with my app and using my rewards, when I got to the restaurant Rob was waiting for me at the window with hot, fresh food ready to go. I asked if he knew about any glitches with the app and not only did he take the time to help me figure it out but he got my rewards back on track and fixed my order, no questions asked, no additional charges, no headaches. The Bloomsburg location has only been open for 3 days and I have been there the last two nights, I know they are slammed and everybody is still figuring out the most efficient way to get food moving quickly but these guys do not miss a beat. Everybody I have interacted with there has been pleasant and polite, the food is amazing and the customer service is on a whole different level.

I went into Chipotle and had a free quac on my rewards app. I ordered my bowl and went up to scan and pay and he told me the scanner was down. I had to pay for my quac and was not able to scan for the points. Customer service was bad from whoever was checking me out. He could clearly see I had a coupon for free quac and he would not honor it. I love the taste of the food but was super unhappy that I had to pay extra and the guy at the cash register was useless in checking me out.
