Mattress Warehouse of Bloomsburg — Local services in Hemlock Township

Mattress Warehouse is one of Buckhorn's two dedicated mattress stores. It's located in a strip at the Buckhorn Plaza with several other businesses and has plenty of parking. I've needed a new mattress and finally decided to pull the trigger and get it done. My goal was to arrive early on a Saturday and do this, but the store was surprisingly busy with several other customers and one sales person, Jason. Jason did move things along briskly, but answered all questions thoroughly.

There are sanitary protections for all the beds you try, including on the test pillow. The first step they take is putting you on a computerized bed to read your body type and sleeping position. The computer give several mattress suggestions including options with more reinforcement, for huskier people such as myself. After trying about four mattresses, came up with a clear winner. Most of the test mattresses in the store are queen sized, but they offer models in all major sizes.

They do have various accessories available should you need them. I found the mattress price to be fair and the charge for disposal of my old mattress to be reasonable. Mattress Warehouse will robocall you the evening before delivery with a three hour window, and they arrived only an hour into it. The gentleman who delivered my mattress were fast and professional.

This review is going to be a little weird but please bear with me.

I’m a newly single mom, I just moved to the area. I haven’t met many people. I had an interview over at a store in the plaza but was afraid to take my son, because I didn’t have a sitter because of not knowing anyone. As bizarre at it’s going to sound, I stopped at the Mattresses Warehouse just to check out a bed (not that I can afford it right now) before the interview with my son and the guy in there was super bright and full of energy and honestly I don’t know what came over me, but I asked him if he would watch my son for 15 minutes so I could go to my interview. I don’t know what was running through my head to do something crazy like that but he seemed so genuine and nice and thankfully he agreed, though a little hesitant but who wouldn’t be. I came back from my interview and they were singing baby shark and I knew even though it was a strange thing to ask, it was a good decision. I got the job and when I get my paycheck I’m coming straight back here to buy from Brandon and nobody else. I’m so so so grateful for him and really hope the company sees his commitment towards...

We had a great experience purchasing the mattress. The sales people were great and helpful. However, we had the mattress delivered and we ordered a mattress that we were supposed to have have setting up as it had special features. The delivery men refused to come down our driveway and made us get our trailer and bring it to our house, unload it in the house ourselves and would not even help set it up. It had snowed and there was some snow on the driveway, but it was perfectly safe as not much snow had fallen and much of it had melted. We had also made sure that all paths to the house they would need to walk on foot to were completely clear of any snow or ice. However they would not even walk or get in our car to take them to our house to help us set it up. We had to call our family over to help us get the mattress in the house and figure out how to set it up (not even sure if it’s set up right still as we got no instruction on how to do it). They refused to help in any way. They also refused to give us a receipt or anything stating the transaction or number to contact so I had to write this review instead of contacting the people...
