Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Great coffee, HORRIBLE service!! I went to drive thru due to it pouring rain outside and I got waited on by the manager and I ordered my usual two large lattes and after I paid I got told it was gonna be a few minutes for my coffee which I don't understand but anyways was told to pull up to door and my order would be brought out. I pulled up and waited a unusually long time and once the manager finally came out he handed me my lattes and immediately I could see that one was a large and the other was a small when I ordered both as larges and when I showed the manager the size difference he told me that DD just made changes to the stores and the cup sizes are different now and he walked back inside. I looked and I paid for two larges which aren't cheap and one cup was a 20 oz n the other a 14oz and even if the lie the manager told me bout the cups were true id at least have two of the same size cups not different ones so I had to go park and go inside in the downpour to confront the manager on the lie he told me and he just said what kind of latte did u order I said caramel and he traded me my small for a normal large like I ordered and when I got back in car I went to work which I was now late for and taste coffee only to discover I got a French vanilla not caramel latte!! They need to seriously screen a person before making someone manager!! Sooo upset I barely go there now when it was a daily stop...

Every worker was rude and seemed miserable to even just be there. About 10 min after I got my food, i went back up to ask for a cup of water and a plastic knife to cut my child’s donut. You wouldve thought i asked them to kiss my feet or something with the dirty looks I got. I did feel bad for going back up since they were busy so i said “sorry for bothering you”. The girl just looked at me. Then before i walked away i said thank you…silent again. The 30 minutes my daughter and i were in there i dont think i saw one employee smile. They were fairly busy, but in my opinion if they cant handle a busy environment they need to work somewhere else. My iced coffee wasnt stirred either, first couple sips i got a mouthful of grainy sugar. (i know sugar doesnt dissolve well in cold coffee, but all the sugar was just lying on the bottom, then i stirred it a bit and it was better) I’m not even the type of person to write reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had. I took my daughter there to have a nice morning, get a donut, and spend time together. I felt like my 1 year old and I were an inconvenience to them just by being there. Definitely will not...

Everything looks good at this place overall as far as I could tell. I was however disappointed that the two Boston Cream donuts that were available looked like icing had been scraped off of them. This was a little after 10 AM on July 4, 2023. I personally felt that given the time of day things looked bare to a degree in certain donut spots. I think Dunkin should consider that if they see a product getting to a halfway point that they should be working on making a new tray of donuts. It is my personal opinion that the donuts should have been at least 80% full on each selection and not simply left to run out of their availability, especially regarding the time of day. They obviously had other donuts to choose from, but the fact that they didn't have a decent looking Boston Cream donut, not even one, was a disappointment. Normally I have only seen things like this happen towards their closing times the other times I have visited. I will give them kudos though on the girl who waited on me.
