The worst Jersey Mikes location I've EVER been to. I will literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Murrysville location instead of going here in the future. Staff sucks, they put vinegar soaked lettuce that is all over the counter back into the bin to use for new orders. I've tried multiple times going, thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them...but no. Every time they suck. Staff isn't there to please customers, snobby and bad at making sandwiches. Also bread was super hard and stale today. It should have been tossed and fresh made if it's old and stale. They are stingy with meat and cheese. I will never give this location another chance. I've already wasted too much money at this one to be disappointed and/or disgusted. The girl tonight was cleaning part of the counter, then wiped her hands all over her stomach with gloves on then proceeded to make more sandwiches. Gross. I would tell anybody who asked, do not waste your time or money here. Awful. Go to Murrysville instead. They run a good shop. Not...
Read moreI have been giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time I have tried to place a order and they call or the website site denies my order because they have ran out of bread. I could see if it was close to them closing but they often have two or three hours of business left for the day. As a sandwich shop bread is your main ingredient. It would be nice if they can start making or ordering more bread. I have witnessed many people including my self that have been turned away. It’s a shame that so many people are being turned away from your business. I was even waiting for my order once when a couple came in to order and they said they had no more bread left. I heard two employees discussing that the bread they had left was reserved for possible online orders. So I guess the moral of my post is if you want a sandwich save your time, or if you want to take a chance I would recommend ordering online. Very...
Read moreI just don't know what it is about these hoagies but they aren't very good. I don't know if I expected them to be great from all the hype or what but they can't even begin to hold up to a Pizza takeout hoagie and I gotta say Subway got them beat too. If you order a hot sandwich it's always burnt and dried out to a point it goes straight in the trash. The cold sandwiches are edible but have absolutely no flavor. The buns and rolls are always so dried out they fall apart and never make it til the end of the hoagie. So, what am I missing? I keep giving this place a chance and I am more disappointed every time I eat these hoagies. How hard is it to get Ham and Cheese right anyway? And if that isn't enough... these tasteless, bundles of dust are just about the most expensive fast food hoagies out there. Why pay $17+ for a hoagie that's cooked to dry-shoe-leather-perfection, only to throw it in the garbage? Save your gas and just...
