While this location was remodeled to the new format not that long ago the layout and design is definitely not wheelchair friendly. Trying to navigate to the front counter to place our order we had to try to get through another line where customers who had already ordered were waiting to get their drinks and condiments. If crossing through the line of folks getting drinks and condiments was not enough of an obstacle there were tables and chairs right across from the area where you get the drinks and condiments so this created a choke point where you couldn't get out of the line or get through the line to get to the restrooms if needed. After successfully navigating the maze of obstacles to place our order we then went to pick up our order where we were once again stuck at the confined area where you get condiments and drinks and this same intersection is used to get to the restrooms and dining areas very poorly designed especially for anyone using any type of mobility aid. We them try to find a table that would allow others to get around me while in my wheelchair which turned out to be another challenge. We finally found two tables that would work with only one of them being clean so we took it but then we were faced with the dilemma of where to put the chairs that we moved away from the table so I could get my wheelchair to the table. There was no offer by any staff member to assist in carrying the tray or to find a table or remove the chairs like we experience in most other restaurants. The handicap spot did not allow enough room for my wheelchair lift to be used so we ended up having to find another area to park and while they have doors on both sides of the building only one of the entrances was wheelchair accessible. The door layout was tight and tricky again not easily used if alone if you are trying to hold doors as you are operating a joystick on power wheelchairs. The food well it was lukewarm and the temperature of the restaurant was cold and the dining area was not clean. We will not be going to this location again and I hope that at some point Wendy’s realizes that meeting the bare minimum of ADA requirements is really...

Time: Approximately 3 minutes before a cashier came to the front counter. To her credit, she apologized for the wait. Note: They seem understaffed.
Note: Expensive, like everywhere right now.
Example: $11.18 if you buy a smalldrink, 10 piece nugget and cinnabon.
Cross Contamination Discovered
My money was refunded for the Cinnabon; however, I wish to notate that it us because my stomach was turn after I began to eat it and discovered a long hair in it. I pulled off my hat that clearly shows I am bald and the hair definitely did not originate from me.
To the cashier's credit she apologized; however, finding hair in one's food us unacceptable and considered contamination in the food industry.
Your food gsbdlers should be mandated to wear gloves and hair and beard nets at all times when handling food. Thus did not happen upon my observations.
Your store needs to improve in this area.
Did you know that Wendy's collar on the company logo actually spells mom?
Yup.
February 11, 2024: This is an updated review. The people here are friendly and respectful and will put a smile on your face.
They treat their customers right unlike so many other restaurants.
The manager in charge makes sure the employees are doing things properly. She is very friendly by the way. : D
They do still offer a military discount. Just show your ID if you're not in uniform.
They still manage to retain a 5 star rating with me.
Keep up the great work. I'll be bach. 😂❤👍

Read moreGreat place if you like eating in your car like a homeless person. Their "go to move" is to lock the door and put a small sign on the glass saying to use the drive in... this is while the lucky people who beat "last call" made it in and can be seen in the dining room. They're supposed to have the dining room open till 7... this past Saturday I got there at 615 and I saw the worker lock the door and put the sign up.... so they're done for the day at that point. Just say you close at 5 or 2...11am...or whatever you want... just say your Sonic now with no dining area.... whatever.... just so people who like to wash their hands and sit down for a meal know for isn't the place for you and go somewhere else. Then everyone is happy. Wish they would tear it down and put anything else there that you're allowed to actually go inside like the good old days that by some miracle everywhere else somehow has...
