I never write reviews on fast food places. But this Wendy's needs one. We got food here 4/21 at around 7/730 time frame. The drive thru person who took our order, got everything right and was nice. However, once we got our food it went downhill. The sandwiches looked like they were slapped together, going through everything I was missing a bacon doublestack we ordered. Mistakes happen. I went back in and addressed the issue. The young man at the register was very nice and addressed it the way he should. Asked for receipt, bag of food and told the prep guy what I was missing. The prep guy gave him a little bit of attitude, looked at me, and rolled his eyes. The cashier was checking my food again and told him the chicken ranch wrap wasn't wrapped at all. The prep guy rolled his eyes again after looking at me. I got my burger and my bag of food back, went back to my car. Opened everything up again after driving away, my bacon doublestack didn't have bacon on it, 1 tiny piece of onion, and a half of pickle. I ate it regardless and didn't take a picture. Made my way to the wrap and immediately had to take a picture. A toddler could've done better.

Good service by the young lady taking orders at drive thru as well as young man working the registers. Horrible food and bad attitude from the one prepping the sandwiches....
Read moreDid an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. As I was waiting I watched a guy doing something on the floor in front of the one machine. He was touching the floor. He went around the corner and then came right back and wiped the side of the drink machine with some sort of wipe. Did not wash his hands after being on the floor. He then got a drink for someone and got ice with his dirty hands while wearing a bulky leather jacket that I’m sure also touched the floor. He also turned around and rested his butt against all the lids waiting to be used. I called as I was driving home. The manager stated the person would not be there after NEXT WEEK due to these types of issues. There is no reason to wait if you know the person is a problem. Somehow they must be ok watching this stuff and letting them handle our food! The manager asked me if there was anything else I would like her to do. I said well you could offer to refund my order. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFUND?! The LEAST that she should have done is offered without me having to ask. Disgusting habits of the workers being tolerated by the manager. I showed up here as a DoorDasher once and with my DoorDash mask on, I waited in the dining room as the cashier slowly put together a woman’s order and kept looking up at me. It took a good 5 minutes until I found a moment to say I was there for an order and she said I had to go through the Drive-Thru. When I did, I asked for the manager. A woman showed up at the second window chewing gum and acting like she already knew why I needed her. “The cashier at the front told me what happened already. You have to go through the drive-thru for DoorDash.” I said that’s not why I needed her. I suggested they change their instructions for Dashers that they provided to DoorDash that clearly stated for us to go inside for the order and if the dining room doors are closed, then proceed to the Drive-Thru. She got irritated, shoved the order in my face and slammed the drive-thru window after I grabbed it, saying “yup, have a nice day!” The last time I went, my Dr. Pepper was flat, they forgot my Ranch, and the fries were cold.
