Burger King — Restaurant in Henderson

Just had the worse experience ever, I made ian online order ahead of time, I arrive to a store that was busy with that said I waited patiently and didn’t bother to go up to the counter asking for my food. I just said I’m going to wait.. so I waited for 30 minutes and I observed that there was a bag that was ready to be picked up, but wasn’t placed on the counter, at first I didn’t think it was mine and thought the order is incomplete, her associate packed it up and put a sticker on it, but still I relied on the lady who is in control to handle it. She was disorganized and she was screaming at the employees telling them that she needed orders when the orders were already done. She even proceeded to leave the line and scream on the employee in the back, very unprofessional especially with a lobby full of customers, When I proceeded to call her out on her mistake, she gave me an attitude and told me that they were short staffed, and I told her that it doesn’t require extra pair of eyes to see that my bag was ready and all you have to do is call my order, she proceeded to respond with a really bad attitude and said to me that sir, you should’ve came up to the counter And I said and reply to that I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes. I didn’t wanna bother you because I saw how busy you were and didnt want to be the one to tell her how to do her job. she replied with throwing my bag on the counter and then walking away without saying sorry extreme unprofessionalism when I ask for my honey mustard because on top of the order, not being right the order was missing my side sauce and when I asked for the side sauces, she proceeded to Ask her employee to give it to me because I had an attitude, I said, of course I have an attitude because you’re an amateur at this and you’re blaming your employees while they got their stuff together and you don’t have your stuff together so I am writing this review because I am in customer service and in the food industry and I will never treat my customers like this so to the owner of this establishment I highly suggest you re-tweak your training program and show your employees how important customer services Is. I walked into the Burger King at 12:02 PM on July 2, 2024 I saw that the Original Chicken Sandwiches are on sale 2 for $5. I ordered 2 fresh out of the fryer, No Mayonnaise. Add Mustard, Catsup, Pickle, and Jalapeno. I am standing at the counter watching the person make my order. The first thing he did was put Mayonnaise on them. I told the manager what was happening. She told the guy to read the board to make it correctly. He then made one of the chicken sandwiches with Mustard only. Again, I told the manager that that was wrong. She again told the guy to make it correctly. The third time it again was wrong. It’s like they can’t read. The Asian Female manager was getting angry with me. So, I demanded my money back or please make it correctly. She opted to refund my money. I was not happy. Customer service is NOT her strong point. The cashier is the Assistant manager, and she would not help. She told me that it was her second day on the job, and she did not care. Another manager came back from break, and she did not care. She told me that the original manager I was talking to is the general manager and what she says goes. I told the manager I want my order made correctly. She then rings me up and I higher cost with no explanation. I walked out and the Manager was yelling at me. Extremely rude. Never go to this restaurant and give them business. If they do not care, why should I care about lining their pockets? Original receipt was for $5.42 with Tax. The new order was going to be $6.07. No reason for it.
