Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Henderson

We've been going to this location for two years. I use the $3 coupon you recieve when you fill out the survey. For two years they have honored it evertime we come in. Today Cheyenne - the general manager, was at the register. She is one of the rudest people I've met. Refused out coupon and told us we had to go order in the app in order to use it. I asked when the company policy changed and she insisted (very rudely adn dismissively) that it has always been that way and that her employees have not followed her instructions in the past and it has always been her policy. She was not friendly or helpful in any way. She said that's always been 'her' policy. This person should not be allowed to work wiht the public. We won't be going to Cappriottis anymore - at least not...

All this was good...but ordering was a nightmare. Tried ordering via app and the coupon code I had wasn't working. After 3 tries...decided to call it in for pickup. Two tries on this...getting message about an extension and then a "mailbox full" message...then I tried texting. No answer in that. Then I went in to the store and repeated the "bumps" thinking they may care. Maybe that's what the restaurant was empty...right? The information definitely fell on deaf ears...I'm guessing an owner/manager may never hear about this... THEN tried to scan the qr code to complete the survey. That didn't work either! I give up on Capriotti's! I hope this gets to someone who can fix it! Your business...

Terrible experience. The worst capriottis in-store experience I ever had. First the cashier is dis gruntled and complaining about the lunch rush. Makes me wait 5 mins as he grumbles on his phone to his girlfriend as he starts to take my order.... guess if my order came correct. He then takes my order and proceeded to give me my change.THAT HE MADE ME COUNT OUT TO DOUBLE CHECK HIM...... who ever hired this dip, should be fired. Cause the whole crew had issues. Was treated rudely when they called out my name. The grill must of never been cleaned in a week. Cause my chicken cheese steak was so brown I thought it was beef.
