This was my first time coming here and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I completely understand places being understaffed and over worked, especially now, but when you’re the only person in the establishment and 2 people are behind the counter AND I’m paying this much money for some coffee I expect a little bit better service than a Starbucks. But alas, I was wrong. I ordered a large nitro cold brew, a slice of banana bread, and a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. As it was 6:40am and I was the only one in there as I stated before, you’d think they’d know people are headed to work and be a little quicker about things. But it took them 15 minutes to make my coffee, forgetting the cream, and not adding ice to my cold drink (maybe that’s the way nitro cold brew is supposed to be but I’ve never been served a cold drink without ice so who knows), then took their sweet time toasting my bagel. And that’s it, they just toasted it and said you can do the rest, right? Again, as stated before, you’d think at 6:40 in the morning they’d figure people are headed to work and don’t have time to prepare their own breakfast as I’m paying $15 for the convenience of not having to, but here I am, sitting in the parking lot of my job, hastily buttering my now cold bagel with frozen butter and cream cheese in my lap, sipping on my now room temperature cold brew. Really the only thing that they got right was the banana bread and that’s just because they just had to toss it in a bag. Idk guys, it just seems like I could’ve gone literally anywhere else for better service, coffee, and breakfast in the time it took me to go there, wait for my food, then...

Customer service: The customer service that we experienced today was great. Our service name was Lily and she was amazing. I ordered a cappuccino and was given a regular coffee and Lily, our waitress fixed it immediately and even offered us a free pastry to make up for the mistake (she didn’t make the mistake). Furthermore, she went out of her way to check on us twice to make sure that we were having a good time and everything was great. I heard attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what stood out to us most. 5/5 rating
Product: we ordered a few pastries and the salmon and avocado toast with a cappuccino and a Vietnamese tea. Out of the six things that we tasted, only four were good. One of the bread, which was a cinnamon, was very dry and the cappuccino didn’t taste like a cappuccino and more just regular coffee if with steamed milk. Overall, it was a 3/5.
The overall experience was very nice. The store was fairly full but still had enough space it was a mix of different crowds. There are some students, some families, and overall a very nice place to visit in Henderson. They even offer a flight of copies. For now, our reading will be a 3.5 as an overall. We will visit again and see if our experience changes. The key person here was our server because she really impressed us and we value our customer service. Without her, this place would just be about a 2.5. Kudos to the company for having a good staff...
Read moreThis place offers coffee, lattes, matcha, pastries, food and different type of flights! We got a coffee flight and light snack.
Chocolate croissant- it looks like a meat pie! Square not typical crescent moon shape. Chocolate was sweet and the outer dough was not flaky but chewy. They did warm it up for us.
You had a choice of seasonal flight, coffee flight or toast flight. My coffee flight consist of two matcha and two latte.
Banana matcha - very light, need to stir the cold foam to taste the banana otherwise I just tasted oat milk
Honey lavender matcha - lavender syrup was strong, honey was still at the bottom and clogged my straw as I stirred.
Tiramisu - this was yummy with the strong kick of espresso topped with espresso infused cold foam and drizzled with chocolate sauce. What a treat.
Toffee bar - also espresso with dark mocha, nutty from toffee and sweet from the caramel.
My favorite would be the latte series over the matcha. The espresso had a kick that would keep me up.
We also got a small cup of iced honey lavender latte. I love that the lavender syrup was so strong and fragrant but had brown sugar at the bottom that wasn’t dissolved. The latte version was preferred over the matcha version.
My only suggestion is for them to fully stir and dissolve the sugar/honey/sweetener in all the drinks before giving it to customer. 4...
