Went to CFA JUST to get some mac n cheese. Got there, placed our order, the order taker never asked our name, never greeted us, never thanked us, didn't ask if or what kind of sauce I want with my nuggets. After she processed our payment I had to tell her what kind of sauce I wanted & she just said "ok". I knew right then she didn't put it on our order. We waited over 30 minutes in line, FINALLY got 2 cars from the window only to have a young boy come tell me they didn't have any mac'n cheese!!!! my husband gave him his card to refund us for that & the young boy asks "do you want me to refund you the entire order?" My husband said "No man, we've sat here for over 30 minutes." He brings the card back & I asked him "Did you all not know that you needed to 86 the mac'n cheese when you were getting low so you could tell your customers when ordering instead of making them wait for over 30 minutes thinking they're going to get something that they're not?" HIS response was "We tell the order takers but they won't listen to us!" MY MOUTH FELL TO THE FLOOR! This young boy couldn't have been over 18yrs old, dressed as if he was in a management position telling me, a customer, that he can't get his order takers to listen. OK. He hands us our order & walks away. My husband had to get his attention & tell him we still didn't have our milkshakes. He runs back in, makes them, brings them out & as I started to ask him about my dipping sauce he just turns around & (speed)walks off. We get home & our food was cold, of course I have NO SAUCE, the milkshake cups were sticky with whipped topping running all down the cups. The WORST experience I've ever had at CFA. Let me just say this about the Henderson FSU: if you go here as a Guest or come to work here as a part of the team, be warned... YOU WILL LOVE THE PEOPLE.
This is genuinely the best team I have ever worked with. The senior leadership really cares about investing into your growth professionally and personally. In the team, you'll make great friends that will become like family. This team celebrates each others joys, comes together even at folks' homes during the awful times, and has fun with a demanding job. This FSU is committed to providing quality, friendly care, and creating a remarkable experience for everyone from local regular Guests to the passers-by from I-85. With Covid and the economy, of course things happen to affect the experience that are out of the control of the operating team. But they don't let those instances tear them down; instead this team adapts, overcomes, and chooses to decisively act instead of a panicked react.
If you have a problem with your experience here, please kindly reach out and give them a chance to make it right! Everyone makes mistakes, and with the volume of business this store does in combination with its capacity, Henderson CFA does a great job of keeping a low DPMO.
I love the people here. I made lasting friends both in the Guest base and naturally in the team. I grew so much as a person, as a leader, and as a man in the season of life I spent here.    Read moreI used to visit this location monthly until about a year ago. Food was typically on-point. This time...I don't know if it was this particular shift or the heat having a bad effect on the staff or what.
The line moved slowly. Before, the line would be wrapped around the building and it still moved faster than my most recent visit with only four cars in front of me.
The staff was definitely not rude, but not what I would call pleasant either. Again, that may be the effect of the intense heat they were working in that day.
A car in front of me had issues getting their order. Mistakes happen, but staff had to keep taking them things, taking them back, and then taking something else. As if they just kept getting the order wrong, and it held up the line.
There were two, sometimes three people distributing orders in the drive-thru. Yet for some reason, multiple cars behind me received their food before me and the cars in front of me. I actually felt bad for them because they had food that was growing cold, but they were still stuck in the slow drive-thru lane.
My frosty wasn't overfilled, yet there was spillage all on the sides of the cup, which was not something I should have had to wipe up myself. The fries were clearly reheated and the oil was not fresh. I literally took a couple sips of the frosty, ate as many fries that weren't crispy and one chicken tender and threw the rest away before we got back on the road.
Just overall messy. If I ever consider coming here again, I will take a look at how efficient the line is moving before I even consider ordering (and then pray the food is fresh and...
