Very unprofessional The staff in the back use profanity the whole time Talking very loud and using the worst words. Talk about drinking going out buying beer also Just not a family friendly Atmosphere anymore. You feel it's almost a rather you not coming in.The whole order did not go through on that machine Had to add to it once we got up there to pay for it. I asked could he add the other items from there The young man was gonna make us go back and place the rest of the order on that machine instead of just taking it when we were there to pay for. He finally went on and let us add it there.Did not receive our whole order We let the young man know the young man said he was gonna get it right away We finished our whole meal And still had not received our granddaughters meal So my granddaughter had to eat by herself. And I really do not like Having to go in and place my order On a machine that should be a option not our only choice. This is the worst taco bell to ever visit. Nothin is ever prepared correctly. I've visited on several occasions and service has been terrible... the quesadillas are always prepared wrong!! As well as the gordita crunches. The service is extremely slow and has been each time I have visited! The employees seem to be very careless and it shows within this entire location. Hotter than Hades in this Bell! I've been in 3x within 10 days. Over 95 degrees in this restaurant. Every. Single. Visit! What in the actual 'ell is going on with ownership and management of a chain restaurant with financial resources ad nauseum to not have functioning Air Conditioning in the South?! Also, there are often only 3 to 4 staff working, when over 10 orders processing within my wait time. What. The. Actual. Fudge. is going on in this owner(s)'s head(s)? You gotta spend money to make money people! My dog is cooler and more comfortable than your customers and definitely your 3 to 4 staff people at any given moment trying to perform impossibly in piss poor work conditions with too few people to meet the demands of the customer orders at lunch and dinner.
