I AM VERY UPSET AND THIS IS VERY SICKENING THAT YOU GUYS AS AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT YOU'RE RUNNING PORTRAYING TO BE A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS AND PEOPLE TO GO. DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS I CAME THERE WHEN I WAS 8 AND 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT FOR MY FIRST TIME AND A LAMPSHADE FELL ON MY HEAD DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND NO STRUCTURE FOR THE LAMPSHADE TO KEEP IT IN PLACE. THE MANAGER WROTE IT INCIDENT REPORT OFFERING AMBULANCE SERVICES RUSHING OVER THERE TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPEND BECAUSE OF THE COMMOSION. I MEAN IT LITERALLY BROKE NY CONDIMENT CONTAINERS DUE TO THE WAIT OF THE LAMP SHADE THAT IS HOW HARD OT FELL I LITERALLY GOT DIGANASED FROM DOCTOR OF A CONCUSSION WHICH WAS RELEASED TO YOUR ADJUSTER. I PATIENTLY WAITED OVER 3 MONTHS OVER THE EXCEEDINGLY TIME. I WAS EMAILING NO RESPONSE UNTIL AFTER I CALLED LEAVING VOICEMAILS. NOT ONLY THAT BEFORE I EVEN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET SEATED DOWN AND A LAMPSHADE JUST FELL AND I DID NOT WANT TO SIT AT THAT BOOTH BECAUSE OF THAT REASON. WHICH THE SERVER SAW SHE WAS THE LIGHT SKINNED BIG BONED SERVER AND SO SHE SAT US SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THE LAMPSHADE ACTUALLY FELL ON MY HEAD. WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I AM VERY ANGRY AND I'M VERY UPSET AS ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED. THIS IS UTTERLY PREPOSTEROUS THAT THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND RUBY TUESDAY IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE SITUATION THAT TOOK PLACE. I WILL BE GOING TO THE NEWS AND THE SOCIAL MEDIAS OUTLET TO SPREAD THE WORD OF THE DISGUST THAT RUBY TUESDAY ARE PROPOSING ON THE CUSTOMERS. THE MANAGER THERE THE BLACK LADY WITH DREADS TOLD ME THAT SHE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE LIKE I SAID AND I'M VERY UPSET. I'M VERY ANGRY BECAUSE THERE'S NO REASON WHY THIS SHOULD HAVE FELL ON MY HEAD AND RUBY TUESDAY DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. AND MAKING ME PAY FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS OVER SEVENTY DOLLARS WHICH THE MANAGER KNEW WHAT JUST HAPPENED BECAUSE THEY RUSHED OVER AND SAW AND TOOK MY INCIDENT REPORT, ASKING TO CALL AMBULANCE. I'M VERY ANGRY AND I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TROUBLES, WHICH IS ONLY FAIR AND THE LAW OF THE LAND. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET RIGHT CARE DO TO ME BEING 8 AND 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT. SO I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS PAIN OFF OF A SMALL DOSGAE OF IBUPROFEN (WHICH I MEAN REALLY DID NOTHING FOR A CONCUSSION). IT MADE IT HARD FOR ME ON TOP OF ALREADY BEING PREGNANT. THIS IS DESPICABLE AND NOT OKAY. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION UNTIL WAS DONE THE RIGHT WAY NECESSARILY. IT'S SAD THAT RUBY TUESDAY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE OWN NEGLIGENCE, I DID NOT TAKE THE LAMPSHADE OFF AND MAKE IT DROP ON MY HEAD FROM A LITTLE OVER 3FT. IN THE AIR. LET'S BE REALISTIC. Read moreRuby Tuesday actually has pretty good tasting food. It is so sad because the Henderson location has been struggling for a while. They struggle with cooks, service, and cleanliness. There's always a few workers and many times half of them will be sitting on their phones, meanwhile, the dining room may be dirty, bathroom dirty, and the salad bar needs attention. The manager(s) never seems to say anything, though. The only reason I come is because of the coupons. I came in one day and ordered the chocolate chip cookie. I waited 30 minutes. The manager was boasting to another customer about how she was in a top position and was sent to help revamp the store. Yet she sat 2 stools away from me me doing paperwork and didn't notice how long I sat there with no food. I came in another time and ordered a steak with grilled onions. When I got my food, the onions were raw and my steak was undercooked. I had to request that my food be recooked by the the manager. Finally, a few weeks ago I ordered my food to go. I ordered the Asiago chicken. Now the chix is supposed to be topped with bacon and mushrooms, smothered in cheese sauce, and topped with Asiago cheese! Well, just say it was deconstructed. It had like 5 pieces of overcooked mushrooms, hardly any cheese sauce, the bacon wasn't even on top of the chix. It was in another area of the plate and I had to request more cheese. It looks like they gave me the little broccoli pieces that were left in the bottom of the bag. The piece of chix was so small, I literally ate it in the parking lot before I pulled off. I also ordered the New Orleans seafood. The fish was overseasoned, very salty. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE what they served my food in (check photos)!!! Yessss....a serving platter!!!! To add insult to injury, the manager was in the kitchen when they sent this through the window!!!! Why did I accept it, you ask. Well, I waited about 45 minutes for it. It was near closing time. I was hungry and had to go to work, and as I stated, the overall taste of RT's food is pretty good. Plus, I have over 25 years of foodservice experience and I know how to cook, therefore, I know how to doctor up less than par food. As I stated earlier, RT's food items generally taste pretty good when prepared properly. I don't know if they hire untrainable/inexperienced cooks, inexperienced servers, or if the managers are overwhelmed and don't follow through or follow up during the the training process, but something seriously needs to be done! The managers just seem to let anything go! I've almost been tempted to offer to work for free just to help train!!!! The only thing really going for this location is the bartender(s). Shout out to the tall young lady with the curly hair. I'd rather deal with her than the manager on duty. Read moreMy family and I 5 in total came in to eat dinner. We were sat down with only one table other table in our section. We put in our drink order it took 15 minutes to get our drink order. A waitress that was not even our waitress walks over and goes straight to my husband and ask if he was okay he states yes and she then proceeded to say well you look worried and then walks off. We order our food and it comes out fairly timely and we proceeded to eat my husband ordered seafood and it was way over cooked. The waitress came over and asked if we needed to go boxes we both said no. She asked my husband was everything okay and I said no his seafood was overcooked she then proceeded to ask him twice if he wanted a different meal to which he replied no. He said I would like the check please. The waitress then snaps and says I’m going to get the manager. We never asked for for the manager only the check.. She walks off to where the bar is and another waitress walks up and ask our waitress if she needed anything and our waitress says I’m waiting on the manager for the lady in the red shirt (I was in the red shirt only one in the restaurant in a red shirt at the time) and the second waitress proceeds to say oh that F—— B——. This was all to where my children could hear it. Then we waited a good 15 minutes on the manager and he walks out grabs my husband plate never says a word to us and walks and puts the plate away and goes to the register and prints our check. He hands the check to our waitress and she looks over our check and again her and the second waitress started talking about me again! I was for the second time called an F—— B——- my daughter stand up and tells my husband that the waitress is talking bad about me and my husband (wasn’t paying attention to our waitress) looked at me and asked what was said I told him and he was like she has 2 minutes to bring the check before I make a scene. Thankfully I was able to keep my husband calm and the check arrived shortly after. My husband paid we left a $1 tip and we left. My family does not live in Henderson and we do not come to Henderson but maybe 1x every two or so months. We shop, eat in Virginia because we live near the Nc/va line. I have never seen either of these waitress before so I have no clue as to why they were talking about me like this. will tell you I will NEVER come to this restaurant again. And what was even crazier is both waitress completely ignored me when they came to our table! But both were very chatty with my husband.
