Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson

We live in Henderson for 12-1/2 years and just ate here for the 3rd time, only because the ad for the cheese dough piece pizza looked great The restaurant was freezing and fans on high. no one greeted us. No one seated us. I seated us and after 10 minutes, went to get menus. Gabriella watched me take them. Finally, she came to get order....you would think she could bring 3 sets of silverware. Nah! took our order including 2 salad bars w entree and never brought the silverware. they only had lettuce and onions. All the tubs were empty with frozen ice at the bottom. We asked for some of the things to get filled. My friend had thousand island dressing...and has now thrown up his meal and is sick....most likely from the dressing. This is a dirty, decrepit restaurant. I finally went behind the counter and got the silverware. Good thing I have worked and managed restaurant in my youth. If I knew where the drink set up was, I would have gotten those too.

The pizza was cold fast because of the cold restaurant. btw...people are not unhappy with the cold if they can order hot coffee or hot tea while they wait uncomfortably. so, back to dirty silverware, dirty plates, booths were mostly broken and scary looking, dirt under windows, trash and broken light bulbs in outside planters, cold marinara sauce, etc. etc. BTW...might as well finish our great service by taking up the payment charge card ourselves. Met the shift manage/leader. where was trey all night? Thank you Mia...the only one who gave us any service and was not our waitress.

I feel bad for our friend who was visiting and wanted to take us out to dinner. He spent his $26.00 on the food that got him sick. So, I am cutting this short since my stomach is now queasy too.

Having read many of these other reviews, I will be forwarding this to the owner since he gives his email address.

So, we eat out around the world as we travel for business and 2-4 times a week when home. That is alot of $$ Pizza Hut Henderson has missed out on over 12 years. You won't be seeing more from us in the future.

The pizza was good but barely warm. When the driver left she ran into our neighbors mailbox while backing out of our driveway. She didn't stop to say anything. My son was standing outside and watched it happen. Then she pulled forward, put it back in reverse and it looked like and sounded like she hit it again, it was almost laying on the ground at this point. She still didn't get out to say anything and they never called. So we called them and when I called to ask to speak with the manager and report it. I was put on hold after waiting 15 minutes I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager again and this time the girl told me to call back tomorrow around 5. So who was she going to put me on the phone with the first time I called andwaited 15 minutes or was it just that girl knowing what she had done and left me on hold with no intentions of letting talk...

The Pizza Hut in Henderson NC has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Food took over an hr and a half to receive. I honestly think they forgot about us. If it wasn’t for me making a statement saying man I’m hungry so that the manager could hear me, i don’t believe i would’ve ate at all that night. The manager stated her name was Jill and she had just started Monday night. While waiting the hour and a half Jill was doing some type of interview while we were waiting for our food. It was Close to a TWO hour wait before they brought us wings we didn’t even order. I don’t know what happened or why it took so long to receive food but i do know for certain they will never waste my...
