Went there late night on a Tuesday around 11pm while traveling on a trip with my younger cousin. The best thing about this Denny's, is at least the bathroom is clean and open late. This was supposed to be a quick pit stop and ended up taking nearly an hour and a half. We needed a little extra time to rethink our orders, since the shake machine and tea were down and/or depleted. No big deal, we're flexible. It took 23 minutes for our waitress to remember us and there were no other patrons seated in that time. I ordered the steak and egg breakfast and my cousin ordered crepes a la carte. We both ended up getting water because we were just tired of waiting. There was some type of sediment at the bottom of both our cups. We thought to add crystal lite to the water to see if it would dissolve while we mixed it in because maybe it was sugar. It never dissolved no matter how vigorously we stirred lol. Food finally comes out and my eggs a scrambled and not over easy as ordered. AND my steak didn't come with the hash browns or eggs. My cousin was already finished eating their crepes by the time my steak came out, also cooked incorrectly. I gave up at this point and just resigned myself to eat hash browns and the new eggs they fixed and put on the same OLD plate with the WRONG PREVIOUS eggs (like what?!) I get the receipt land everything is wrong and the prices arr jacked up. I guess they're having issues with their POS because the night shift manager had to use a handheld calculator to calculate the "discount" for the meals listed on the menu. She proceeded to charge me $21 for 2 crepes a la carte and the hashbrowns and eggs I did eat. The items consumed don't even amount to that much individually so the math was definitely off. After the service, I was disappointed they didn't try to just do the obvious and remove the t-bone meal and simply added mybeggs and hashbrowns into the meal for the crepes....but that makes too much sense for how this Denny's operates I guess. Having worked for YEARS in the service industry, I'm very gracious to places I see that are short-staffed, but this was just really sub-par. Go to Wendy's instead, I...
Read moreI usually have great service at this Denny’s, especially from waitresses like Lisa and another young lady who are always friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient — they can memorize multiple orders and still get everything right with a smile. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the exact opposite. My family was served by a nasty attitude waitress named CHEYENNE, and from the moment we were seated, it was downhill. Despite writing the orders down, she still managed to get them wrong. Worse, her attitude was dismissive and rude. She ignored simple requests from my family and was slow to check in or respond to our table’s needs. The most shocking part was how she started clearing the table and grabbing silverware right in front of us before we had even finished — no courtesy, no patience. Her behavior was unprofessional and left a bad taste, ruining what should have been a pleasant family meal. People like her have no business working in customer service. If this had been my first visit, I honestly wouldn’t come back. Denny’s needs to seriously evaluate how someone with such a poor attitude is representing their brand and CHEYENNE needs to take her and her nasty attitude...
Read moreI drove here from out of state to have breakfast with my family . The waitress was not friendly and didn't introduce herself. I understood she may have been tired or had to many tables so I gave drink and food order at the same time.. I requested shell eggs and instead was given the powder eggs. So I informed the waitress and she took my plate back. While waiting for my food the waitress either ended her shift or was sent home and did not let us know. So I informed the manager so i could get my food after waiting 30 minutes. When my food was brought to me everything except the eggs were cold. My same turkey i took a bite off was back on my plate as well. I informed the manager and she kept telling my my food wasn't cold. I even picked up my turkey bacon to show her it was my same food from 30 or so minutes prior. Instead of her apologizing she tried to argue with me. I handed her the plates and told her touch it for herself. She then offered to remake the food. But due to her attitude I told her no thank you. Just bring my ticket. Needless to say Ill be contacting corporate on Tuesday to inform them of their manager Christine and waitress Lisa attitudes and...
