First of all I would have given it four stars if it wasn't for the treatment of the general manager Jose. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but from the moment I walked in. He asked me how many was in my party and I told him there were two adults one teenager and a child when he sat me down I noticed he gave me two kids menu to which I asked him would you mind replacing this with a regular menu and he snarled back "I thought you said two children?" I clarified I said one teenager and one child. And then he walked away mumbling "well I don't know, whatever ". And all that was before we ordered our food. Now our server was excellent, she was a joy to be around. But right after we got our food she informed us that the manager ( jose) is telling her she needs to go take a break and that was the only time she came and served us for the rest of our meal, which was kinda odd. But then upon checking out and paying for the bill Jose told us that we cannot split the bill because the machine does not allow them to do it. But as I was standing in line prior I witnessed him do it to a customer ahead of me with no problem I can't help but notice that he was more friendly and more accommodating to people of the same cultural background that he shares but as soon as I approached his attitude and his demeanor changed. He could not help provide the service that I was asking for which was only to split the bill 50/50. He stated we would have to do one on the card and the other half with cash. But I just witnessed him do it for the customer prior to me with no problem. I have to admit I feel like my family and I were a little discriminated against and we don't understand why. Throughout our meal, Brandy was incredibly attentive, refilling drinks before we even had to ask and checking in on us regularly without being intrusive. Her positive energy was infectious, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
Not only was Brandy efficient and professional, but her genuine care for her customers truly stood out. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in every aspect of her service. She made us feel like valued guests, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
