I usually do not write reviews, but I had to write this one. As someone who is here almost everyday.. I appreciate the staff but it saddens me to even write this that they don't really value customer satisfaction. If i am paying for a drink almost 5$ and its almost like a whole sip is missing from the cup and if you ask them to fill it up, they instead put More ice in a cup that is already 80% ice... I too worked in Dunkin Donuts so, i understand the business of it, but at least one should be considerate of the fact that so and so person is our loyal customer, they are here everyday so if they are asking "Ma'am can you please fill my cup" just give them additional milk in it rather than filling it up with more ice and than arguing with them. I know when I used to work at Dunkin; to us Customer satisfaction was a big thing, i don't think so they value that here other than that everything is ok here. You ask them to do anything extra like can you please do this or do that, majority of the time their answer is always NO. It saddens me to say this but I don't think so ill be coming here that frequent anymore, only because of some of the staff who rather than making sure the customer is happy or satisfied, they say NO and argue. What good is "hello welcome in" when you don't even care about the satisfaction of the customer and rather 80% of the time argue than being cognizant that some people are very loyal customers, they are here everyday, the least they can do is be polite to them and just satisfy their rightful demand especially if its just asking to fill their cup up with little bit of more milk in a drink they paid for?
and looking at the review section, I guess i am not the only one and i also don't see any response from the manager or the owner which further confirms that they probably do not care about the...
Read moreIn general, this is like any other Dunkin, but this time, I used the drive-through on my way home from my post-op appointment and ordered something simple, a drink, 4 jelly donuts and 2 orders of everything bagel bites. I was handed most of my order in delayed increments at the window, but only one of my bagel bites, when I asked about the second order, the young man looked dumbfounded and said "oh yeah, left the window for a bit, then finally said you need to park out front and we'll bring it out to you". Well, seven minutes after parking and not another car in the drive-through, I grabbed my cane and took the painstaking effort to go inside. The woman at the pickup counter knew nothing and it wasn't until the young man saw me grabbed the bagel bites and without apology stated we would have brought them out to you. I replied when? He didn't answer and I hobbled back to the car. I should have checked my order, but I was frustrated and exhausted and just wanted to go home and feed myself and my husband. If course the order was wrong! Two of the jelly donuts were cream and the second order of everything bagel bites were plain and very cold. Normally, I would have jumped in my car and promptly returned the items, but my husband insisted I needed to rest. We don't like the cream filled donuts and I will order something else if jelly are unavailable, so basically the entire order was thrown into the garbage. Very disappointed in this location...but if I do return, I will physically go inside and finger check for correct filling and...
Read moreWent in for a dozen donuts, and decided to also get a caramel latte and a refresher for my husband. My husband went up to add an apple fritter, after being ignored by the 6 or 7 different employees. He asked to add the fritter on top of the dozen, so 13 donuts total. The donuts are dunkin donuts, they all taste the same. But somehow after paying for a dozen donuts and an apple fritter, i got 11 donuts and an apple fritter. Which is annoying but i still move along with my day. But my husbands "refresher" was sour and hard to drink. My latte came out without the drizzle, no whipped cream and no tinge of coffe, i tasted it and it was pure milk. Brought it back and they remade it. It was slightly tan and had whipped cream so i figured forget it and left. Dunkin prides itself on their coffee maybe they should show employees how to make a decent cup of it. And mistakes happen with the donut count, and probably wouldnt have irritated me so much, but the over all lack of customer service, the horrible drinks and not a single apology made it the last straw. I rarely get donuts but I'll just wait for Friendly s Donuts to reopen in August. They can count just fine, acknowledge that you're in the store and make a great...
