11/25/2020 I ordered catering online for Thanksgiving which is tomorrow. The manager, Arlan, tried to get a hold of me to inform me that his store will be closed for Thanksgiving. Well, the date online was clearly for November 26th and it was available to order. That is not MY fault that they did not update their times because this holiday is on the calendar since the beginning of the year! When I asked him if my refund will be in my account today because I don't have the money to re-order, he hung up on me when I was getting upset. OK, if you're a manager, aren't you supposed to listen to the customers' concerns instead of talking over them and then hanging up?! That would be logical, but I was not dealing with a logical person. I was dealing with Arlan the manager who doesn't know how to deal with an upset customer and instead gets caught up in his own feelings and brushed me aside. I won't go away that easily without answers because my order was over $100! So, I called the store and Arlan kept bypassing my phone call and I'm pretty sure he told his workers NOT to answer calls from my number, which shows again, his level of maturity and reasoning! When he finally manned up to answer my call, I asked him why he hung up on me and now I'm more upset because of his actions...he answered me with "I hung up on you because I didn't have an answer to your questions about getting your refund today. I had to talk to my tech guy". Are you serious Arlan? So you hang up on an upset customer because you couldn't answer a reasonable question that your position is obligated to answer?! Do you not know how to de-escalate a situation Arlan?! This guy is a joke of a manager and I would've been willing to re-order at a different location if he would've been professional about it. Read moreFood was good don’t get it wrong but the service was wack.... management (yamilet) had me waiting for 5 minutes to take my order because her team was no where to be found on the stoves, I order Kong pao chicken she asks the stove for it, then she begins to take my order while making someone’s order for Uber eats, she then passes the order down to college (job) for later job to mix up orders and then again him requesting for Kong pao chicken IN SPANISH... at this point job had finished our order and passed it down to the dude with a bad attitude at the cash register.... he then for the third time requests for Kong pao chicken... they fulfilled one plate but one plate was missing the Kong pao... we took a seat and waited for the Kong pao... three different request for three different dishes were requested and made... YET 15 minutes into the wait no kong pao chicken!! So I go and ask Yamilet what happened and yet she request the non English speaking kitchen crew to make Kong Pao FOR THE FOURTH TIME... at this point I request from her being manager for a compensation for the wait and hassle that her and her crew put me through...she said that she couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t on her that it was on her kitchen crew... serriously?!? Read moreArrived here 2 hours before they closed and I was very disappointed because they had already put away a lot of their food and they said that they wouldn’t be cooking more. Really, 2 hours before closing. A lot of people were still coming in to buy some food but decided to leave because there was basically nothing left. I would understand an hour before closing panda to be limited with food. But 2 hours? It was barely 7pm when I walked in. And when I requested for more of the side they said they could no longer make anymore. Employee wanted to give me THREE pieces of chicken and consider that as a side on my plate.
