Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Henderson

Menu is confusing... music is so loud that the cashier don't understand your order and have to ask you 3 times on every options.... speaking of options, I mentioned that it's confusing that the attendant doubled my order, one is their standard 16-in sandwich and the second one is their #16 turkey sandwich.

So when I get charged 24 bucks I was thinking that the sandwich better be good... so when I received my order I got a looong 16-in sandwich plus another one (the #16 turkey sandwich)... I was in a hurry and their queue is getting looonger so I have no time to complain and fix my order...

And now that I'm done driving and parked here in Red Rock canyon... I tasted the sandwich and it is mediocre at best, less veggies too much mayo. The basic Subway sandwich are 5 times better when it comes to taste and packaging... also I asked for the 16-in to be cut into 3 and separate them so that I can eat them separately on separate times, but since the cashier didn't understand my request I got a looong sandwich that I have to eat at once in order for it not to spoil.

All in all, bad service, mediocre sandwich...

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Just like the others reviews... cashier is not friendly at all as if treating you as just a number in line... she needs to get replaced by someone who knows how to greet and smile and show that he/she's happy that we customers are there to patronize...

Edited. Redeemed! I decided to give it another try at this location. Sandwich was correct and and I waited less than 3 minutes.

Y'all. I'm sad to do this but I had to. I haven't had Jimmy John's in 4 years because of where we lived so I was super excited to get it today. Walk in, staff is friendly. I specifically ask if the number 4 just has turkey and was told yes. Then they don't have a spicy Vito but thought they could make something similar. Fail on all accounts. First, I waited forever. The last Jimmy John's we went to (no matter how busy) had our sandwich ready by the time we got our drinks poured. Then I get All. The. Way home, open our sandwiches, my husband is disgusted, his is gross and not a spicy Vito or even close. I open mine and it's covered in everything. Now I did call and they said I could stop back in but no I can't. I'm sitting down with my small children who have their food. Even offering delivery wouldn't have pleased me at this point since now we couldn't eat together. But delivery wasn't offered. Do better. Won't return to...

My first time to any JJ's and I gotta say I'm very dissatisfied. I mean, it's alright I guess, the kid that's on the register needs to be changed. He doesn't know anything about greeting, he doesn't have any knowledge about the food they serve or anything, I was asking him about some stuff and he would always look back at the kid making the sandwiches, let alone he had his mouth full of food, made me sick when he was talking to me, anyways, I asked about the number 17, all he told me was what I read on the board, like alright? Then the total was kinda ridiculous, it came out to be about eight dollars and something, but then I guess that was only for the sandwich, you buy the drinks and chips separately!! So I had to pay an extra four dollars! Twelve dollars for some bread and ham, stale chips, and flat soda is NOT worth it, I should of just stayed home, I could of made all of that there. Not...
