We are all sick in our house so we chose the curbside option to get sandwiches. We paid for them online and my grandson went to pick it up. Unfortunately their phones were down which by the way has happened a lot in the store and of course that affects the service. Because my grandson was sick he couldn’t go in the store so he honked several times but nobody looked up. So my grandson came home to pick me up and I went inside the store with a mascon even though I am also sick but I had to wait for them to help everybody else in line 1st as my sandwiches sat there on the counter. I didn’t mind that my veggie sandwich had been sitting but my grandson‘s meatball sandwich was soggy the bread was awful. I asked Jose to remake the sandwich and he said no you should’ve been here at 6:05! I explain to him that this was my second trip because he’s not answering the phone and he said the phones are down I said so if you know you have a curbside order sitting on your counter wouldn’t it be good to keep an eye out to see if there’s a curbside person waiting for their order? He said it’s not his problem. That to me is not good customer service, I am elderly trying not to get sick and it’s freezing outside I should not of left my house. It took me 30 minutes to get this man to help me. He gave me a phone number for a district manager that does not answer his phone. I finally started videotaping and dropping hints that I could share this with channel 13 news or even post it on Facebook. It took all the app for him to remake the meatball sandwich. You may be surprised with the cost of some items--- let me explain. I ordered a 6-inch Philly off the new menu, on flatbread. The listed prices was $6.79. The woman helping us had trouble ringing it up, so she called over the other employee to help and she finally got it to ring up, but the price came up as $9.29. My wife and I questioned the higher cost and after both of us trying for some time to understand what they were saying we finally figured out that they were saying that since it was flatbread it was considered a “wrap”. The menu said nothing about the sandwich costing almost $3 more on flatbread. I have ordered flatbread many times and never paid $3 more for any sandwich. So, I emailed the district manager. When she did not respond after a week, I email corporate. A few days later the district manager responded and proceeded to tell me how much the appreciated my business and that they try new menu items etc. to make sure customers are happy, and they hoped to see me again soon. But did not answer my only question, so I emailed her back: Does a flatbread sandwich cost $3 more than the same sandwich on a bun? It seems like an easy question? Read moreI do not recommend this location to ANYONE! The staff here are very unprofessional and rude. I ordered my sandwich online and sent my boyfriend in with the orders verification code to pick up my food. As soon as my boyfriend walked up to the online orders rack to get our food an employee starts yelling at him to get out of the store because he remembers him from the previous night stealing someone else’s order. My boyfriend who is very confused, calmly tells the man that he doesn’t know what he is talking about and has mistaken him for someone else. The employee continues to yell at him saying that they have him on camera stealing the food and if he doesn’t leave they are going to call the cops. Now my boyfriend refuses to leave and tells the employee to go ahead and call the cops because they are mistaken and he has not committed a crime. The employee then grabs a large pan that is used for toasting the bread and walks around the counter and threatens my boyfriend, if he doesn’t leave the store he will be hit with the pan.
