Always the same , usually busy I use my mobile app to get through the line quicker. Parking is horrible as the drive thru runs onto it just a bad layout for such a busy location. Update 7/2 As I turned in the parking lot I ordered a cheeseburger on the app for counter pick up. I parked walked in waited, waited, several employees walked by the front counter did not acknowledge me. I waited some more and still did not get recognized finally I was asked if I can be helped I said yes I had a mobile order it was just a cheeseburger. The employee said okay and walked away. Then I finally asked one how much longer for just a cheeseburger she stated it was ready but I was not there so they took it back. I told her I have been waiting here for over 5 minutes she then walked away then another employee came and asked me what I was waiting for I told her what and how I wanted it. She walked away to the back to let them know. I'm still waiting and waiting and yet another employee ask me what was it that I ordered she then told another at the register to ring it up. Continue to wait it had to be at least more than 10 minutes. I finally asked what is taking it so long I ordered this on the app the lady said it was ready if it was ready why did you ask me twice what I ordered. I spoke with I believe a manager and told her this weight was ridiculous she basically smiled and laughed. Then my order was up and the employee dropped my bag on the floor, picked it up to give it to me. Pathetic, pathetic customer service they walk by you as if you don't exist very rude. Read moreToday I had a curbside order through the app but upon arriving I was unable to check-in to finish the payment process. When I went inside for assistance there was a long line but these people were not ordering they were asking why is it taking so long to get our food. One customer had been pulled down in the drive thru and had been waiting for 30 min before coming inside to complain. While another had been waiting close to a hour for his curbside order. The woman from drive-thru was frustrated but asked nicely if she could speak to the manager and he when he finally came to the front he stated that he was on the grill and didn't have time to hear complaining because no food was going out while he was standing upfront. I was inside for a solid 40 minutes and never got my food because no one knew how to help me with the app issue. All they had to do was ring the items up and let me pay but since it was a large order I decided to just go elsewhere. I just checked my bank account and the payment for the order I never received has came out of my account. Read moreWe did mobile app order so we didn't have to go inside or wait in the drive thru. Different associates came up to our car five times asking us what we ordered. I was confused because when using the app you put the number of the parking spot you parked at and we never had an issue with this with other McDonald's. Then about twenty minutes associate came to our car and asked us if we actually order and had a receipt. We showed them our email confirmation and made sure it was the correct address and it was. Then the associate told us that she was told there weren't any more mobile orders, you need to come in. Then I walked in to show them our email confirmation of our order and then we think supervisor or manager we weren't too sure then said your order was still getting made. After all of that we finally got our food, I carry all of it and I don't mind but it was a good amount of drinks/food wish someone helped or offered to. The point of ordering mobile order is to make it easier but not today. We understand mishaps happened but the miscommunication with the associates/ us getting asked many times about our order then asking us if we actually did ordered anything, really bothered me.
