Walked in to pick up carryout order, which was ready at the window. Waited about 5 min before yelling hello. Guy toward the front did not turn around. I waited another 2-3 min before yelling hello a second time. This time, the guy toward the front turned around, looked at me, then turned back around to say that someone was at the front. Waited another 2 min before someone walked up toward the front. He looked at me, turned around to do something else, then came to the counter. At this point I was furious and told him that I had been waiting several minutes before being acknowledged. He blatantly disregarded my statement and asked if I wanted my order. I asked for the manager on duty but because of the blatant disregard and disrespect as a customer, I walked out and said a few strong words as I did. The problem here is that I have ordered carryout from this store a few times before and each time had to wait several minutes, but at least was greeted properly by a team member. This time around, the guy, for lack of better words, was not even apologetic at all. Not to mention there were no other customers waiting, as this store never has many customers waiting in lobby. My husband was upset and called and talked to the manager, MIKE, who immediately knew who I was and had a horrible and very disrespectful phone demeanor to begin with. He hung up in our face after I yelled and told him how I was treated as a repeat customer. Anyone else treated this way probably would have done alot worse, however, because the manager FAILED TO HANDLE THE SITUATION IN A PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL WAY, I decided to take other action to ensure this does not happen to other customers. Whatever problems they had with me, being whether I am black or whatever, is no EXCUSE TO TALK TO ME OR ANY CUSTOMER ANY KIND OF WAY BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERN ON NOT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED WHILE WAITING WAS VOICED. AND WHOEVER THIS MARK GUY IS AS THE MANAGER, SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER AT ALL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WAS VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE OVER THE PHONE.    Read moreI placed my order online for a carry out and my order was for a deal that was being offered. This included a large pizza, an order of wings and a side and or a dessert. When I was placing the order I was given options for each section. For example The pizza started with available crusts. Some were priced higher then I moved on two topics. No where was it mentioned how many toppings were provided with this pizza. In other words I did not know how many toppings were allowed? When I moved onto wings, two types were available. Bone in or boneless. They gave no mention of additional cost so there was no way to know which one was included in the deal. I did give the appearance that both choices were available for the same price. The final decision came to a side or dessert. Once again there was no mention of additional cost for choosing certain items. I called the store to find out what was included in the deal and they told me because it was an online deal that they could not help me I did not know the answers. I called customer service and customer service agreed that this was very misleading and difficult to order and the agent assured me that I report it was being made. My order took 45 minutes to place online because we had to keep guessing and changing the items to work with the deal. Since nothing was specified how much it was being charged additionally this took a long time. The pizza was not made to specifications when we picked it up it had been made without flavored crust . We did however order flavored crust. The food was good or average but it wouldâve been much easier if the store couldâve assisted us or the website was easier to navigate.    Read moreThe staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. My pizza was finished for 30 minutes and they failed to give it to me. Just kept it in the warmer. The guy told me they are short staffed and Iâm just going to have to deal with it. I was curbside and they told me 3 times they were coming. After waiting in my car for 20 mins, I went inside to grab the order. No greet or anything from the staff. The girl came to the front to give someone who came 15 mins after me order and didnât even say hi or try to help.I'm done with Pizza Hut. If you donât have the staff to assist all your customers, then maybe you should turn off curbside or close. Also, give people their orders while itâs hot. When I got home, my pizza was not the correct temperature. You should never speak to your customers the way I was treated last night or tell us about your staffing situation. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I have never displayed the behavior that the guy who worked the front counter did.
