I would like to say a huge THANK YOU!! Yesterday 11/21/2024 I pulled into the Henderson location to see if they could turn my frown upside down, and well they did just that. My first interaction was with superhero Ms. Seabrooks (location manager, and I was not aware of that until later) I said to her, " I have a weird question", she replied with a smile there are no weird questions. I explained to her that I had a catering order from a different restaurant and that order had fallen through, and wanted to know if they would be able to help me. Without hesitation she asked the basic questions, When, how many people, and what time do you need the food for. My response... today, 20 people and like right now. I was needing some damage control really quick… Ms. Seabrooks smiled and went to speak to superhero cook Mr. Lewis, he said he did have several caterings that he was working on and possibly could make me the 20-guest catering package by 11:30am. Well, my branch starts lunch at 11:30 and that would have been pushing it, BUT I was willing to wait for it. I arrived at around 10:27 a.m. (somewhere in time frame). Ms. Seabrooks jumped right in and asked me what sides I wanted, I told her the standard (whatever it came with), because I did not want them to feel like I was being demanding, when they were really doing me a huge favor. She said with a smile, "WE GOT YOU, TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED". Before I knew it, it was 10:45 and Mr. Lewis said he had cooked the chicken for me. He didn't want to disappoint, so he placed my walk-in order with his catering orders and had me out the door with all the fixing and desserts for my branch's Thanksgiving lunch by 11 a.m. ALL THAT TO SAY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE YOU MIGHT MEET A SUPERHERO AND I MEET TWO!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR LUNCH HAPPEN AND BEING WONDERFUL AND GRACIOUS ABOUT IT, YOU ALL DIDN’T HAVE TO TAKE MY ORDER BUT YOU DID, AND FOR THAT I THANK YOU!! 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR WHAT YOU ALL DID FOR US. YOU ALL WERE FLAT OUT AMAZING, AND THE FOOD WAS DELICOUS!! The pies were outstanding!!
To the Owner: You have an amazing crew, and it is hard to find a staff that gives great customer service, well your crew did just that!! I will be placing another order soon and this time it will not be a walk-in. Again, thank you for making our lunch be a success and turning my frown...
Read moreThe sole reason as to why the get a 1 star is because of their service, specifically the white male with glasses, wearing a white shirt, and who may have been the manager on shift (hereforth called Shift Mgr). His attitude was disgusting to the point to where I didn't want to eat my food. Unfortunately, i did not catch his name to call corporate about his attitude, but if it helps this happened 2/23/24 @ ~615pm. Nonetheless, I ordered in the drive through and upon checking my order, it was completely wrong as if I received someone else's order. So my husband goes inside and informs him of the incorrect order and explains he can keep what they incorrectly gave him if they were going to throw it away. The Shift Mgr says 'we can't do that' and proceeds to correct our order. There was a young lady that asked what to do with the incorrect order and he tells her to 'throw it away', after we told him we could keep it to not waste food. (There are hungry and starving people out there, but I'll save that...) AGAIN the order was incorrect and as my husband is standing there to gain his attention, he comes over with an attitude of 'what now'. My husband tells him it's still incorrect and that the coleslaw is missing and the Shift Mgr seemed reluctant to give it to him, and said 'now you got your coleslaw and potato salad' and threw it in the bag with such a disgusting attitude. Upon me checking the order again, the coleslaw lid was not on the container and was starting to fall out. I was going to go in there, but I'm pregnant and I didn't want to raise my blood pressure up, hence my husband going in. Nonetheless, that man and his disgusting attitude is the reason why I would not come back to this location. Read moreTO the MANAGEMENT On July 19 2025 I went to Smithfield Restaurant on Dabney Drive in Henderson NC I was in drive thru I ordered a Kids Meal Hotdog, I asked for my hotdog to be fix with toppings in this order (Mustard, Chili and Slaw) I had to Order my Hotdogs 3 times. Then the young lady that brought the order out to my car saids to me we have to fix the hotdogs the way our policy says fix them. I said to her I come here all the time and when I ask for my toppings in that order they never have a problem fixing it that way when I come inside. When I got the second Hotdog I said now my FF are cold, she said you want some more Fries, I said yes please, the fries were hot but raw it was as if they put them in the grease just enough to start getting hot them took them out and put them in a small white bag. Service was TERRIBLE. The first hotdog was so full of Mustard I couldn't see the slaw and it was sooo much mustard, the mustard was on top of the slaw. It was so much mustard that the mustard was all in top of the hotdog container. When I gave it back in drive thru and explained to her how I wanted my topping on my hotdog she said in that order I said yes please. The second hotdog was still WRONG.
