The Chicken Shack (Downtown Henderson) — Restaurant in Henderson

Had a bad experience today due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered ahead of time expecting my food to be ready when I get there so I can pick it up and go. Instead I notice the kid in the kitchen just barely starts making my food after I paid for it causing me to wait 10 minutes for my food. I preordered because I am in a rush and expect my food to be ready when I get there OR a few minutes after I pay. The curly haired kid with a hat on and NO HAIR NET (doesn't seem very sanitary to me) has the nerve to sass me back when I asked why they start cooking my food after I pay saying, "so you want your fries cold?" Excuse me ?! I don't need the attitude. And I will not be back I'll just go to my usual spot on Valle verde where they have my food ready when I get there. Also the girls at the register always look mad, do you know how to smile and say "hi how are you today how can I help you?" Basic customer...

We arrived around 12:30 there was one person sitting in the lobby eating lunch one person standing in line out of the tables that were there there were only to clean in the entire Lobby why the for employee stood around doing nothing don't know how long they been dirty but they didn't even clean them in the new customers came in and there was plenty of time to do so and they put food for people on dirty tables versus wiping them down when we left. The food is Bland unless you want to put sauce on all the chicken which I know most people do but for me the breading on the chicken had no taste and there's an additional charges for the sauces that they offer you so a little expensive for chicken I was more disappointed in the condition of the restaurant given the fact that it was not busy when we arrived in next tables could have and should have...

Oh god, my first time having it, I ordered through doordash. I'm still eating as I write this, this is the best chicken I've had in ages. Why have I even been bothering with wingstop and buffalo wild wings when there's been this? They're pricier but for a reason. I got hot mixed with lemon pepper tenders and a combo of the sweet chili tenders, fries, and a rootbeer. The fries are seriously the best, idk what they do to them but they have a battered taste that's buttery and salty, they're perfect. The tenders are massive too! I ordered 10 because I figured they'd be like the baby sizes you'd find at other places but I'm definitely going to have leftovers. They're tender, juicy, and the breading holds onto the sauce like a dream. I'd rate higher than 5 if I could, bless you beautiful...
