Sometime in February 2022. Third time's a charm. But still not right. I visited this location today at 1:27pm and 1:33pm AND 1:35pm. All for one bacon double stack. No bacon on the first try. No bacon on the second try. One piece of bacon broke in half on the third time thru the drive thru. While the food was hot. I wasn't impressed with the attention to detail and accuracy of the order. The guy that took my order was nice and on the third try he was going to make the order himself. I don't think he did because if it was me trying to make the customer happy I would've at least made sure there was an adequate amount of bacon on the sandwich. Nope, not mine. I think they were either playing a sick joke or they were that incompetent. Either way, I didn't appreciate it one bit and I hope the manager or corporate contacts me about this. I didn't find this funny at all. 1 star is all this deserved. A complete waste of time and money. I decided not to eat the food for who knows what was going to happen next. I was expecting sabotage of the food. Spit, hair or worse. I don't think I'll be returning for any more punishment. P.S. Wendy's, You owe me $3.57. Just updating 6 months later. October 24 2022 and nothing yet. It's the New Year 2023. Nothing still. No New Year's Resolution. I'll try again later. April 12 2023 a whole lotta notta. Be back to report in a few months. Update March 5 2024. You guessed it. Nothing. Come on Wendy's....

I recently stopped by the Wendy's on Green Valley Parkway in Henderson for a quick lunch. I went for the Biggie Bag, which includes a Bacon Double Stack, nuggets, fries, and a Frosty—all for just $7.99. It’s an unbeatable deal for such a satisfying meal. And here’s the kicker: the Frosty Key Chain is back for just $3.00, giving you a free Junior Frosty with every purchase for an entire year. A steal for any Frosty lover! (Get fries to dip in the Frosty. Yes, you read that right).
The restaurant was pretty clean, with clean tables and a well-maintained dining area that made the experience enjoyable. It’s clear the staff take pride in keeping the place welcoming.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from Justin. His friendly demeanor and professionalism stood out from the moment I walked in. He took my order promptly, ensured everything was prepared just as I asked, and even checked in to see if I was happy with my meal. It's rare to find such attentive service, and Justin’s effort made a noticeable difference.
For anyone in the Henderson area, this Wendy's is a top spot for a quick, delicious meal with...
Read moreI went to this Wendy's a few weeks ago and sent a complaint to corporate. I purchased food and was given old fries. Totally not a big deal in my eyes. However, after eating a fry, I simply returned it to the cashier to request fresh fries. The cashier than returned my "old fries" to the young lady at the fry station and informed her of my request for fresh fries. That young lady threw those fries back into the fry station with a fresh batch a fries and began to shake them up together. I informed both ladies that I had eaten from those fries. I also mentioned that once a customer has touched and tasted food, it would be utterly disgusting to throw those fries back into the tray. Both ladies had a nasty attitude. I made a complaint because apparently no one cared that day.
I received the most unprofessional email from the manager. Although his intent via email was well, it would be nice to put some professionalism and care into emails when responding to complaints. I called him to respond as per his request and all he did was talk over me. There was a huge language barrier and he continued to ask me about the appearance of the employee and not address my concerns. Highly disgusted, no longer a...
