If there was an option to give 0 stars I would , but unfortunately I had to give 1 star. Today about 8:18 pm I went to pick up my order through drive-through because I had ordered on the mobile app. So when I get to the speaker, I tell her my name and she says pull up to the window. As I pulled up to the window, she immediately tells me to park, but I did ask for my drinks first and she said I need you to park again. If a customer ask for their drinks, they should be getting their drinks. Not rolling their eyes to customers because customers is the ones that are paying. And if I asked for my drinks first is because my son had a seizure episode and I needed to give him his medication, but since I asked her to give me my drinks and she didn’t give it to me, she just looked at the soda machine and then told me she needed for me to park and I didn’t get my drinks. I had to give my son his medication without a drink.So I got very upset because first of all, it’s not the first time me dealing with the manager called Victoria that honestly don’t give a rats ass about customers. Read moreI worked here from 2/25/2022 to now, 6/24/2022 This place is disgusting, the bathrooms smell horrible due to feminine pads, constantly understaffed, no cleaning crew, drive thru and fromt counter are required tondo cleaning which is very hard when the drive thru gets very busy. Sometimes there are only 3-5 people working, one time it was just me and the manager in a rush. The district manager maggy who is not very good on maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, has decided to get rid of our gm (general manager) leaving us no choice but to report all restaurant issues to her directly, she has 6 stores and does not have time for that, the three shift managers, one is new, and the reason i quit, and the other two work 55-60 hours per week sometimes 12 hour days. The shift managers are almost like general managers because of how much work they do. And the food is gross, they are very stingy about throwing away old food, so they end up serving chicken nuggets as hard as rocks, do not buy the spicy chicken nuggets, because you can break someones windshield with them. Read moreI went through the drive thru on Dec. 23, 2022 to pick up an uber eats order. When I got there it was 12:30 am there were 2 people ahead of me waiting for awhile without being able to place an order. When I got to the speaker no one was answering I assumed there was something wrong with the speaker so I pulled to the window and waited. At 12:43 the employee saw me I waived my phone at her to show I had a pickup order and she continued to the back of the kitchen. At 12:46 she motioned to me that they were closed, that location is opened until 1am. I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up an order and knowing uber the customer placed the order around 12-12:15am. I also work in the culinary field and I've also worked in retail we are always supposed to serve until closing. If a person walks in at 12:59 and we closed at 1 we still had to serve them the employees closed your establishment a half hour early which is not only taking money away from your business but it took money away from me too.
