My daughter had her birthday party on 10/25/19 which was Nevada Day. When we got there the line was a long since there was no school that day. My daughter who was turning 10 was having a great time with her friends. Not easy to keep my eyes on her every minute bc the place is so big. We were not there long when I was told my daughter was getting yelled at by a teenager as my daughter was coming towards me with her eyes red. She told me a teenage girl had pushed her and yelled at her. I went to get the manager right away and had her tell them what happened. The teeenager was threatening her and another child and using profanity. The manager asked my child to point them out. When we found the teenager she was already arguing with other parents that were very upset. The parents asked the manager to ask them to leave. He didn't and moved them to a private room. My daughter and another child had just been assaulted by this teenager and threatened by her group of friends and the management basically did nothing about it. Things got escalated and the management staff still did nothing to assist with the situation to the point I had to call Henderson police. Once the police got there they used every excuse they could to not provide the video to the police. Excuses used: There's no general manager on duty, it's a privacy issue and we need permission from corporate and to review the video first?! I had to call the general manager days after it happened bc he never called me to apologize. He basically offered me free coupons, as if my daughter would want to go back. He told me those teengers were banned from the park. He also mentioned I should of known they would be busy that day since there was no school. I asked him then why weren't you there if you knew it would be busy or hire more staff for the day? All I wanted was an apology and the video. I kept asking for the corporate number and they said they didn't have a corporate number. I called their California and Arizona offices and they wouldn't provide me any corporate number as well. When I called prior to the party I was told I could buy food for the children even if I didn't reserve a room. When I got there I was told you can only buy food if you reserve a room! I didn't have a party big enough to reserve a room. From now on I will take my child to Lost Worlds Myth and Magic. I never had issues there and the staff is much nicer. I just cannot believe how my daughter's birthday was ruined by some aggressive teenager who had no consequences for her behavior. Stay away from this business they don't care about your...

The kids had fun, but as for having a party there. Never again. Unorganized and rushed the hole time. We provided our own plates and napkins that our daughter picked out, yet those were not used in the setup of the room. Our balloons were used, but nothing else.

We had chosen four beverages, that are included in our package. Only two were provided. When we asked the attendants, their response was: “only two are on the order” – which is not true at all. They reluctantly went and got the other two that we prearranged.

Pizza was being removed and packed while people were still eating, because we were told that they need the room for another party, so it was cake time.

The attendants did not ask for any assistance in getting the cake ready, but surely needed help – because they broke a piece of the cake, and then left it off and in the box - instead of saying something. There was no time to even cut that cake, so we only did the cupcakes for the children.

Cupcakes were rushed, and my wife had to retrieve our plates to use for that, as the attendants were still not going to use them.

As everyone is being hurried out by the attendants, they chose that moment to go and get the goodie bags. Many children had already left the room, because the attendants were hurrying them out – therefore, they were leaving without bags. My wife had to ask for additional bags to give to kids on their way out the door, which she was given. When she was in need of two last bags for the last kids she caught up with, the attendant said: “I just gave you some.” Yes, she did, and there were still two children who didn’t have bags, so… Anyway, ultimately, not every kid received one in the end.

Additional note on the goodie bags. We provided an additional bag for each kid containing cookies that were supposed to be handed out, but those were not even in the room, and we had to ask for those too. Again, because of the rush and lack of organization, not all of the kids received those either.

It was also during the dash out the door that the attendants informed the kids that they are supposed to sign a t-shirt for my daughter. I’m sure that you can imagine the success rate in that window of time?

During this rush, one of the attendants said she would make sure that the balloon bouquet from the party got onto the cart...

My nephew had his 3rd birthday party at this location and it was horrible. First my sister paid extra money to rent a VIP room for 2 hrs but when our party got there we were told that the party before us refused to leave so they were working on getting them out. 30-45 min later they set up the adult lounge (not an actual VIP room) but didn’t have enough chairs so they had to find chairs. They had to make people get off the soft play benches and kicked those into the lounge. Kids were sitting lower than the table because the benches were too low. The food finally came out and all of it was cold. (We were already about 1 hr and 15 min in at this point) While people were eating they were trying to rush and bring out the cake because they said we had to be out for a private party (so ya’ll can rush us out, even though you didn’t set up our party until an hour after time, but you couldn’t get the party before us out on time???). We asked for a box for our extra pizza and they told us they threw all of the boxes away and didn’t have any other to go boxes. We finally asked to speak to the manager because we did not feel that the service was worth any kind of gratuity. The manager Samantha was very rude and told us it didn’t matter that the service was bad but that we were told ahead of time that 10% gratuity was automatic. We explained that our party started late because of poor management, the food was cold, and the service was bad and she told us to take our card to the front and walked away and slammed the door. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only thing they did right was take off the extra fee for the 2 hour VIP lounge. Management was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The bathrooms were filthy and they had a paper towel roll on the trashcan and not in the dispenser. Big kids were playing in the 5 and under play area and that wasn’t being supervised at all. The food was cold. We had family fly in from out of town for this party and to say we were disappointed with this whole experience is an...

My almost 2 year old had a blast which is why I gave a couple stars. But that's because he's a toddler and doesn't know any better. The place was lax in that supposedly parents have to pay 1/2 price to participate. But we fully participated and werent asked to pay. We also were not asked let alone required to pay the $5.50 + tax fee for grip socks. We brought our sons hospital socks with grips which sufficed. I recommend everyone wear something on their feet as a barrier of protection against whatever germs are around here. To then be washed upon returning to your home. I also managed to bring a fountain drink in from the nearby Terribles convenience store without staff saying anything. This place is huge and has a lot to offer thus it has great potential. I would love to give it a 5 star review. But I'm honest so I can't. Upon entering, it smelled off. The odor is similar to an actual jungle to be honest. But I had already paid so we tolerated the stench. We spent most of our time in the toddlers section and I kept noticing dirty spots. I even checked to see if these spots were just permanent marks but many weren't, they were able to be wiped away fairly easily. They were neglected. As a parent it sucks when your kid gets sick and while I realize it's necessary to build their immune system, it doesn't set well to think your baby got sick from a dirty entertainment center that should and could have been cleaned. Nor does it set well to think someone who owns it just does the absolute bare minimum by mopping the place and calling it good, all while sitting back counting all the money they've made. They should hire someone to clean the apparatuses. I don't think they will though so for that reason we won't be back to this jungle.

Safety issues and under staffed. There was an out-of-service claw machine and two 60" free-standing co2 tanks sitting in a corner next to one of the play entrances, fully accessible to kids. When I came across the scene, kids were slamming the machine against the wall to shake the egg prizes out (some of which contained small items that could be choking hazards to smaller kids). The machine and tanks could have easily been tipped over and hurt someone. Staff had to be notified multiple times by multiple parents before they would open a door to allow me to push at least the claw machine into an inaccessible area. Even then the staff said they were not allowed to move the tanks or they would "get in trouble". At this point I took the attached picture that shows the tanks and egg prizes scattered around. Staff finally moved the tanks out of the way but we had seen enough and opted to leave before our time was up. Throughout this time we only saw two employees for a busy weekend session. Unless safety issues are addressed and staff numbers increased we will not be back.

This place is perfect for bringing your little ones here! My daughter had her birthday here. The kids ages ranged from 3-11, and we all had so much fun! I thought this place's prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going again! The only downsides were the fact that you can't have pizza or cake unless you pay the hefty price for birthday party reservations. They did let us bring cupcakes, fortunately. We had a small group with us. So we paid for each kid, brought our own grip socks, and bought drinks and snacks from the snack bar. The staff were two guys that looked like teenagers. They were OK. They weren't the friendliest. But I wasn't surprised, working at a place that's probably always crowded on weekends with tons of kids running around screaming. We went on a weekday. It was GREAT! It wasn't crowded at all and the prices were a little cheaper if you go during the week. We definitely look forward to coming here again. If you have your kids birthday here, you don't have to worry about entertaining the kids. They have plenty of fun running around.
