When it's good, Arby's is a nice change of pace from the Burger joints. It's really bad though when you want that change of pace and it's not. Getting really sloppily put together food (you know, more cheese in the box than on the sandwich) and soda that's more soda than drink. Those are the primary reasons for issues here. The fact that it only happens sometimes is the reason why I still eat here.
Edited on 3/6/2021 So my sister decided she wanted the fish and was kind enough to text me, I gave her my order and while she paid the price of the correct order and it was correct onscreen, the order ended up being incorrect when she got home. This is literally the 3rd time in a row in the last year that this has happened. My beef and cheddar was buried in the bag and flat as a pancake. I order a large, got a small, she ordered an extra and got none. The B&C was tiny maybe 3 small pieces of meat and a glob of cheddar that covered the outside of the bun about 70%. The ruben was lopsided with one half being pretty good and the other half only about a third full. Im sick of all the excuses and will never willingly eat here again. For the price paid its way too expensive. For the quality its insanely expensive and honestly for how long it usually takes its inexcusable for them to even be in business. Admittedly I'm no paragon of health. I spend way too much money on fast food. I hate that I'm narrowing the field more.
I will say this...90% of the time, their shakes are pretty good. But for nearly the same price, I could go to Baskin Robbins and get real ice cream in probably...

We drove home 2 miles from the Arby’s sat down immediately to eat and our food was cold . Not even Luke warm . I called Arby’s and the same girl that was there answered the phone and we ask to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager and she said we made the food when the order came in . She was not very friendly when we were there nor. On the phone call . She wanted to say the food was hot but it wasn’t . Then she said we can give to two free beef and. Cheddar sandwiches . First off we didnt order any beef and cheddar . Just so tired of spending money on eating out and the food is not fit to eat . They may have prepared the food when the order came in but they prepared it with cold meat etc . The fries were day old cold . The sandwiches were cold to the touch . Read moreAll fast food restaurants have issues to some extent, it's a tough industry. That being said, this particular Arby's consistently has terrible service. On my last visit, the cashier was completely untrained and couldn't even begin to take anyone's order. The manager had to jockey back and forth from the drive-thru to ring up orders. The cashier stood around looking lost in space. I asked for extra cheese, and barely got any at all. Is the stuff so expensive that they have to ration it?
Long story short, the manager was essentially doing all the work while most of the crew toodled around.
It's like that every time I go in, and the place is so bad I only go here about 3 or 4 times a year, hoping it will get better. I mean, I like Arby's food.
So far, it looks like bad service is entrenched in this location's work culture. I would fault the owner, not the manager or employee's.
