At this Burger King I was charged double, but was not sure. I questioned the order taker and she said the price was accurate. I went back a few days later with my receipt and was told the price which proved I was charged double. My order on this day was the same as my double charged previous order. I was told it would be the regular price. I asked if something could be done to correct my double changed order. I was told my order of two bacon, egg, & cheese would be free, but I could tell this person did not like this. She stapled my old receipt and the new one together and threw the stapler on the counter. Then she bagged my order and threw the bag at me in a sliding manor across the counter and said emphatically, have a nice day. When I got home I found the sandwiches were just egg on a biscuit, nothing else. I have been a regular Burger King customer at this Burger King for several years, but I will never go back again. A couple of times in the past I thought I was overcharged, but wasn't sure and a few times in the past I have had bad service and wrong food on my order, but this is the last straw. Oh yeah, when I called customer service at Burger King headquarters after being on hold for 12 minutes I was not treated very nice by the customer service person and I could tell she was rushed and impatient. Read moreThis location is just hiring anyone. You do have to have some type of customer service skills or just stay in the kitchen. We came at 9am asked for two sandwiches then we had a coupon for 2 more sandwiches, harshbrowns, and coffee. (((They don't know how to apply their own coupons?)))We order a drink and it wasn't the right flavor. Instead of them trying to get the right one. This older slim darker skin lady real loud no patience, talking over her co-worker, acting like a Manager, said to my boyfriend, I gave you the same drink yesterday and it was kool then ,but not now??? What in the world you giving someone a drink yesterday have to do with today and the drink we wanted today? Then she gone walk off when I asked her what did she say. Then go say here give them they money cause his girlfriend about to act a fool I dont have time. We came with the upmost respect. But after that comment all bets off. Then didn't have all the food in the bag. I've tried to give this Burgerking chance after chance, but clearly I need to stay away. Read moreFirst, I want to make a point that I don't like giving out low scores unless it's needed. This was about as poor of an experience as anyone could ask for. It's going to be a long review, so buckle up. Total time from initial pull-up to menu to completed - 26 minutes.
I was there around 1pm on a Monday and ordered a spicy chicken combo. Initially, it was all good, and I got my food and pulled off. Parked to eat, and of course, the sandwich was wrong and not close to what I had asked for. I went back through the line and asked to have it fixed, and they obliged. They didn't have a chicken patty ready, so the guy asked me to pull around. It has now been 18 minutes, and I can guess they just forgot about me and my order. I literally just watched the guy from the window come out and smoke a cigarette, then walk right back in and go to work. Handling everyone's food.
It's just not a good look. So, as I'm typing this, the gentleman came out and finally brought my sandwich. A whole 19 minutes since I first went through. My fries are cold and half gone, and the whole experience was just poor. I'm not a huge Burger King fan, but this will definitely seal the deal for me that they won't get my money again...
