Yes, my very long history of revews with full descriptions shows that I am a real person. My one star is not REQUIRED by Google to have a description, but if you insist.

Not disclosing that you use herbalife in your establishment and touting it as healthy (which according to many, many research articles shows that herbalife is linked to liver damage which can be up to fatal) despite how fantastic and healthy you claim it to be in another comment when someone called it out for the same, as well as in person, is why I rated this one star. The fact that you do not disclose that you use herbalife to your in-shop customers (based on what I saw during my own experience) and purposely spend your time explaining to them how healthy it is while they're looking at the menu makes me feel as if this place is dishonest and disingenuous. That seems like either an attempt to divert their attention away from which products you use, or an attempt to get them to buy herbalife (which is listed on your website at the time of this review).

I am not interested in hearing any follow-ups about how healthy you believe herbalife is or how many medical researches have been done to show this is a healthy product. That doesn't discard the unbiased medical researches done that shows that this is not a good product to use. That's almost like someone selling poison apples claiming all the health benefits of apples.

This is a genuine review based on my personal opinion in accordance with a visit that I made to your establishment, was not paid for, and is not on behalf of any other establishment. Again, my lengthy history/track record over the past ten years or so of very honest reviews further shows this is my real opinion as a customer. Hendersonville Nutrition is TOP NOTCH!🥇 I’ve tried just about every nutrition club in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area, and HN is by far the BEST! I highly recommend, if you are into loaded teas and protein shakes, you try them out. They have the best customer service and are so friendly. I have been in the store multiple times when new customers come in, and they actually take the time to introduce themselves as well as ask the customer their name and see if they have any questions about the menu (they will know your name by day ✌️)! Cool features they offer to make your experience so convenient and fun: Order ahead app Punch card on your phone Customer appreciation days Your picture goes on the wall when you earn a reward Discounts on combos Giveaways every so often I have completely replaced my morning Starbucks coffee with a loaded tea (Watermelon Jolly Rancher to be exact 😁). The loaded teas give me energy throughout the whole day and I don’t get that “crash and burn” feeling you get from coffee or an energy drink. Again, best nutrition club in the area! RUN...

I love my Hendersonville Nutrition! I am there just about everyday. Each month they change up the decor and have featured flavors of shakes and teas. John and Lillian made it a point to learn my name. Each time I see them and their staff they are always in an upbeat mood. Willing to help you and figure out what you like most. They even made it a point to learn and remember my allergy. I am highly allergic to pineapple and they never forget it. Anytime I want to try something new, they always make sure I won't have pineapple without me having to remind them. And that means a lot especially since I have to watch what I intake anyways due to an allergy.
