I ordered through Doordash because I work 12hr shifts and am not allowed to leave to get food. I noticed my dasher stayed at the restaurant for a while. Let me also mention, I work approximately 3 miles from Hendersonville Carrabba’s location. When I received my food, it was absolutely inedible! I ordered the Classics Trio and the food looked as if it was days old. The chicken parmesan was black. The lasagna felt chilled, not room temperature but chilled. I paid $42 for this meal and I didn’t eat one crumb of it. It was nasty, old, cold and burnt. The alfredo had no alfredo sauce. I was beyond disappointed!!! I contacted Carrabba’s about this because I’ve experienced this type of thing before at this same location (not to this extent) and in the past, Carrabba’s made it right and they sent a replacement to me via delivery made by one of their employees. Yesterday when I contacted them, they passed me around to speak to multiple different employees at the restaurant and every single one of them acted as if I was being an inconvenience to them. I reached out to corporate and no word back yet. All this to say, don’t waste your money (or time). This was the nastiest meal I think I’ve ever been served and I guarantee that the employees who “made” my order, wouldn’t sit down and eat the same meal themselves. It was literally thrown right in the trash when Carrabba’s refused to make it right (I offered to give them the nasty meal back). I will take my business and money elsewhere. Update 1/4/23 ****I’d like to update this- Carrabba’s of Hendersonville, TN reached out to me via email stating they would like my address to send me some “gift cards”. I corresponded back with them. I never received any gift cards, they even reached back out a week or so later, claiming there was a little delay in getting the gift cards in the mail and went on to assure me they would be arriving via snail mail soon. However that was all untrue because I did not receive anything from Carrabba’s. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this restaurant! In my case, it would have been easier to just flush $42+ dollars down the drain!

Visited here for our daughter's birthday and had a pretty bad time. Sabina (like other reviews have pointed out) was awful. She greeted us cheerfully enough but when she brought food out for our 3 year old and heard "I don't like that"(from a 3 year old), she did a complete 180 and became dismissive and inhospitable. I'm not over exaggerating either her whole demeanor changed like she hated on a 3 year old. She then brought out the smallest portions of pasta and when I asked "This pasta is 23 bucks?" she paused before responding (like she was disgusted) then said "I can get a manager" as she was walking away. She finished up the night by having someone else bring out the check (because of how exhausting it must have been having to deal with us). The food was actually good (the steak was great, cooked perfectly and that Sicilian butter topper was awesome!)but for the prices they charge I'll never be back. I included a couple pics of the dinner. The kids portion of spaghetti was the same size as the lobster ravioli. They charge 8.99 for a kids meal like FFS it's maddening to think that businesses like this continue to operate and profit. Oh also wanted to add this: we tried to tell Sabina that it was our daughter's birthday but she was too busy blathering on about how we could get another entree to take home for 10 bucks. I do my best to not complain about people working but wow this was just about the worst waitress I have ever had the displeasure of being "served" by. Can't wait for the copy and paste response from the management "wE aRe sOrrY tO HeAr ABOut yOuR eXOErienCe cLick tHe LiNk TO lEt uS kNow hOw wE DiD".

As the self-proclaimed lasagna connoisseur, I, Garfield, recently had the pleasure of dining at a Restaurant, a cozy eatery renowned for their lasagna. With high expectations and an insatiable appetite, I dived fork-first into their celebrated dish. The lasagna at Restaurant is a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. The pasta layers were cooked perfectly, maintaining a tender yet firm consistency. The meat sauce was rich and savory, bursting with well-balanced flavors that made each bite a joy. The creamy béchamel added a luscious layer of comfort, and the golden, bubbly cheese on top was the cherry on this savory sundae. The ambiance at Restaurant was equally charming. The warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home, almost like I was enjoying a home-cooked meal in a friend's kitchen. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. However, being the lasagna aficionado that I am, I couldn't help but notice a minor area for improvement. While the dish was delicious, I felt that a bit more garlic and a touch of fresh basil would have elevated the flavors to the next level. It’s a small tweak that could transform an already great dish into an unforgettable one. In conclusion, I’m awarding Restaurant lasagna a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It's a dish that any lasagna lover should try, and with just a little extra seasoning, it could easily earn that elusive fifth star. If you're a fan of hearty, flavorful lasagna, Restaurant is definitely the place to be. Paws down, this is a lasagna worth sinking your teeth into.

Birthday Experience, I called ahead seating and was made for 6:15 . Was told that it would be over an hour and 20 min . Got seated at 7:20 ! Our server was awful ,No personality at all. We ordered appetizers and came back ice cold . Salad had very little lettuce . After 30 min we received our food . All 5 of our meals were ice cold . So no one ate their dinner . We sat there looking at our plates. So asked to speak to the manager who was very rude after I very nicely explained the situation to her . She said "I'll see what ai can do .Turned and walked off never saw her again. They the server came back and asked if there was anything else we needed . Never told us or asked us if she could fix something else. My son asked her to put his plate in the microwave and so she did . We were starving. I had to ask the server what the manager was going to do for us and she told us it was all compt. So we just got up and left. I had my family there for my 51st birthday and never went in for a free meal . But this Hendersonville location she treat people better invented if they are under staffed .The had people lined up out the door at all times . If they can't serve hot food they should seat people. The Host was super busy but did the best that he could. He actually brought us our food and he was the only one who was nice to us. And actually apologized and ask if there was anything he could do for us. My mother told the server it was my birthday and she never said or did anything. I will Never go back to your restaurant and I will be sure to share my experiences with my friends . My son is a server and makes up to 400 in tips a night he said I shouldn't have left a tip for the awful serves. But we did atleast leave a little tip.. Try to do better ... you charge a high price for your food . It should come out hot and...
